The WiFi was rubbish, unfortunately. So if you are travelling and wanting to work, you may face a lot of difficulties with lagging WiFi.

The facilities at Aquamarine Resort were brilliant . From the fantastic breakfast spread to the variety of pools and snacks available through the course of the day. The service from the staff at this resort is second to none ! We would like to give special thanks to Ayman , who sourced us a royal suite on the last minute and provided a fantastic service throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back !

Another wonderful stay at JazAquamarine! I chose this place to celebrate my birthday. The people who created this place are unique. The hotel is beautiful, well-kept, clean and has beautiful vegetation. I would like to thank all the staff for welcoming me so hospitably. Thank you to my friends Ahmed Hassona and Ahmed Omaromar for helping to make my stay enjoyable! I can always count on you, you are wonderful! The food and hospitality at the Ninos and Mukai Takai restaurants are, as always, at the highest level. I chose Nino's restaurant to celebrate my birthday, the food is delicious and the service is so nice! They surprised me with a birthday cake, decorated the table and finally sang Happy Birthday. It was adorable! Big thanks to Mr Ahmed Kassem for his hospitality, you are full of professionalism and empathy! I received a beautiful room with a sea view. The possibility of early check-in and late check-out completed my stay and I was 100% satisfied. Thanks to Mr Alaa Ebaid and Mr Kaream who worked on the beach during my stay for your hospitality in the evening and to super waiter Fady from Liner Pool, your service was brilliant! The biggest surprise that made me the happiest was becoming a part of the Jaz Family by planting my tree! My little dream comes true. I recommend this place to everyone, it is unique. My car window was open in the hotel parking for 3 days and no one informed me to close it

The beds and pillows could be cozier. There's not much to do at night.

This place is awesome! The vibe is great. The resort has everything you need. The reception team was super helpful, especially Mr. Mohamed Ramadan.

The beach wasn't as expected, the sea at this area is subjected to ebb and flow, in addition that we were told that they have raised the level of the shore, so that the sea is not possible for swimming at all during the whole day compared to the resorts near by. No sea at all. All drinks were free of charge including alcoholic drinks, but not fresh juices, which I didn't understand. Juices that were free of charge were of poor quality.

The food quality, variety, and quantitiy were amazing. The room cleanliness and size were great. The aquapark was great and the pools as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is huge and has several restaurants and pools that you don't really feel the place is super crowded.

All-inclusive buffet restaurants were ok but not outstanding - but I think this is what you get when its quantity over quantity.

The grounds were beautiful, staff were amazingly friendly. Very clean property.

We had a great holiday. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel made even better by the wonderful staff. Everyone was so happy to help and special call outs for Ehab, Magdy and Ahmed Ali from the restaurant team. Our whole family had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the facilities and exceptional food in the hotel.
