There’s not a lot of cuisine to choose from in the banquet hall, foods are mostly middle eastern.

The hotel itself is stunning, the surrounding is clean and well organized. The pools are also gorgeous with too many to choose from. Also, it’s a family friendly hotel. Kids are also enjoying the hotel with 3 huge slides which I have also tried. There are also bars in different areas of the resort and cocktails are for free which I did not expect for the price that I pay for a week of stay.

The evening entertainment programme was not much. Lots of walking because of the large size of the property.

Large complex with many options for pools, activities, places to sit and good food. Room cleaning guy Ahmed Eid made some fantastic towel and bed designs. Mahmoud Ahmed at the front desk helped us a lot by getting us two rooms that were close and many other services.

The property is perfect for young and old couples, or couples with young kids. Some swimming pools are perfect depth for toddlers, while the parents relax. Food was amazing and snacks available everywhere is perfect.

As the hotel is big, staff do not know everyone, might not have that personal connection with staff during your stay, especially for dinner, but it's ok, as otherwise, staff is very friendly and helpful.

We liked everything - heated pools and aqua sleds, including for small kids. Food and speciality restaurants, ability to order fresh food from menu during day. Family rooms were big, clean and perfectly fitted our family. Kids playgrounds and kids club, including evening entertainment. Hotel is well maintained and very green. Definitely to recommend.

We didnt like the attitude of the la carte restaurants manager. He is super rude, as the site to book the restaurants was not working and been told that he will help us to visit restaurant at least once next day he didnt do anything to help us and was super rude telling us almost to go away, as he is so important and busy person. The worsed attitude ever!!!! Comparing with all the other staff people, he was the only one who gave this kind of treatment to us.

Property is absolutely amazing, the pools the view, the sea is just great to be.

Animation team for adults needs more entrainment and more activities ,but it was accepted

It was the best time for us in hurghada also we went so many times before but that was our first time in jaz ,, Staff was super friendly and active always seeking for your comfort without even asking , all of them at the relax pool , fun pool and fayrouz lobby So many heated pools , aqua pools were Also heated Drinks and snacks all over the day until 5 pm at the fun , relax pool Best cocktails ever pina colda , almaza cocktails Facilities were very good Quality of the food was very good , but needs more variety Kids club and animation team for kids was excellent our kid was enjoying her time to the maximum,, mini disco for kids everynight ,, activities , cinema show A la carte restaurant was good we tried sofra Lebanese restaurant Late dinner was also available at 10 pm till 1 am Which was great benefit if u have little kids They upgraded our room from superior to ground floor with pool view

Our stay was amazing, since we check in with Mr.Mina who completed the process smoothly till checkout with Mr. Mahmoud and The facilities are fantastic where hotel contains necessary facilities such as beauty saloon, ATM, shops, clinic, spa, safari center, sea activities center etc. so you will never need to leave the hotel. Staff are spectacular whom will made your day by their smiles, friendly attitude and helpful hospitality. Mr. Zwy is the best employee ever he has beautiful smile ever in addition to Ahmed Ali and Mina. Special thanks for them. I really love the hotel because of them. Housekeeping is good, Mr. Samir is the head of the service was very interesting to serve us and keen about our pleasure in addition of Mr. Khalid and Hassan whom were surprised us with very unique towel designs in our bed everyday. It was amazing. Hotel itself includes various types of pools, kids, relaxation, heated, aqua-park, etc.

A huge resort, really stunning, plenty of restaurants to choose from, all staff really helpful and friendly. A good choice of food and no problems with upset tummies even in our 1 year old. Rooms spotlessly clean. Dive centre on site great for arranging trips. We'd definitely return :)

Always trying to make a buck. We arrived at 8pm and asked for a late check out since we arrived so late it should have been free, but no. There are 4 restaurants all inclilusive but you only get to visit 2, free of charge. Doesn't matter if you stay 7 or 11 days. 2 visits. You can always pay an exorbitant amount of money to visit again. The shop is overpriced as expected in these places, but there are no prices on any items. One day an item costs 250 another day 200, depends on the mood

This hotel is the best Hurghada hotel we have stayed in. I stayed in pickalbatros Dana beach half year ago, and honestly it can in no way compare to this hotel. The food in jaz is way better. And the premise itself is so lovely, greenery everywhere, very cozy

Everything was beyond our expectations. Food was great, many heated pools, friendly staff. Nice playground. For parents with kids: there are sand toys so you don't need to bring yours. There is also potty to borrow if your children use potty at the point of travel. My son(2.5 years old) had a great time here. We strongly recommend it, it is great money for value.
