Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Exceptional! Everything about our stay was perfect. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and it was pure luxury. This is our third time at Jaz Aquamarine and is now by far our favourite hotel in Hurghada. The hotel is immaculately clean, all staff are extremely professional and there are many different pools, bars, restaurants so each day is different. The Italian speciality restaurant was outstanding. Just the perfect holiday. Thank you!

EgyptThere are no varieties in the food . For example, there are no enough steamed vegtables choices in the lunch(like peas, molokhiya, eggplant, broccoli, mushroom, cauliflower, asparagus, spaint, Okra and green beans.). The amount of salt in the food is somewhat large. There is a need to add to the diet some important food : 1-Nuts 2-seeds (like chia seeds and others ) 3-Basmati , Freekeh, Quinoa, and Brown Rice.
Friendly Staff. The hotel is clean and organized. There are a lot of restaurants on the pool and the sea for free. The food quantities are large and enough. There are nice activites like board surfing , camel riding, gym and kids activities.

Hotel facilities are Excellent. There are multiple of everything, restaurants, pools, seating areas, many salons and bars, even there are 2 aqua parks There is a lot of activities u can join all day long. Despite full capacity during my stay, I never felt the crowd. Staff is very helpful, decent and professional, specially Rodaina at the reception, she was very helpful and professional and explained everything at the check-in and checkout was very quick. I highly recommend that resort, and definitely I will go again.

Egypt*sea is very shallow, not for swimming *purified drinking water bottles in rooms have very bad taste, had to buy my own mineral water bottles. * i guess televisions in the room are a bit outdated and need to be replaced by larger screens
*Huge resort with lots of facilities that suits all ages *Staff all over the resort and always there to help and serve food, snacks, and drinks with a nice smile and attitude. * Hard working animation team that organises excellent daily shows * Food is good, lots of restaurants all over the resort and liked the late dinner option from 12:00 to 1:00 am Didn't have to leave the resort during all my stay and was a very pleasant stay.
