Food quality needs to be improved Allow residents to book in other restaurants even if this will be for extra charge. This wasn't allowed for short visits No shuttle or golf cars to take you to the beach to watch the sun rise. You will miss it if you can't walk knowing that local transportation in the area is bad so you need the help of the hotel Internet is bad or almost not available

I staff are very very very supportive and helpful especially Mr. Ahmed khamis in reception and Mr. Ezzat and his team in the restaurant.

The place is very relaxing and they are doing shows everyday very nice at night

The hotel is great and really good value for money. The rooms are very big, comfortable and clean, the garden (with two pools) is beautiful and there is a golf course behind it. It's very calm and peaceful, no noise at all. Beach is amazing, it's great for swimming and also for snorkling (there are coral reefs). Everything is well organized, the meals, transfers etc.(to the beach, water park etc) thanks to the incredible people who work there, who are very kind and helpful.

On the path leading to the restaurant area from the kids area there was a badly placed ramp, on which 4 people in our group at different times slipped and fell. The ramp is placed simply in the middle of the path that you intuitively go over it and slip. I do hope this is changed before someone gets badly hurt! We also knew this beforehand but the beach is really far away and the buses don't run that frequently. Having cars really helped.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, every single one! Despite it being a holiday and the hotel being fully booked, the service was great, food was good, rooms and amenities were clean. We LOVED the daily access to the aqua park! It's one of the highlights of the place, despite also being very full we did enjoy ourselves and it was clean and fun.

Everything, starting from the reception thanks to Mr Mahmoud Abd El-Aziz the most respectful decent person and Mr Ahmed Khamis, food was v good thanks to master chef Mustafa bayoumi, location and services were great, the hotel is clean and calm, and the weather was amazing especially at night

Food is ok, relatively good variety seafood etc. I missed nuts and watermelon at breakfast but that’s really just little things. WiFi as everyone said is basically not working so that was painful.

The hotel is part of a complex. This is the last hotel from the beach before the golf courses. There was a 10 mins walk to the beach. You can basically spend a whole week within the complex swimming pool snorkeling tennis golf volleyball. Staff is nice. Garden is beautiful. Pools are good. Huge rooms

There should be a notepad to keep track of the things that one takes from the minibar.

After changing the suite to a studio without any problem, I had the best stay ever. The room was perfect for 1 person, with all the amenities that one might need. Plus, the room service by Hossam was just flawless. The breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements are great, too. I very much enjoyed the seafood dinner on Wednesday, plus the possibility to visit one of the other restaurants once during my stay. The food as well as the service provided at the hotel itself was excellent. The service at the reception, mostly handled by Ahmed Negm, has outstanding and beyond expectations.

WiFi could be better

Excellent hotel! The staffs been amazing. We enjoyed food, entertainment and entertainment. The pool side area was fun and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious. We were in 2 bedroom suit.

The service was very friendly. The cocktails were at the main bar very tasty. A nice bonus was the lunch box I received at check-out. Big thanks to Mahmoud Hawari from the pool bar.
