Food at the beach bar could have started serving sooner as no meals were available at the hotel, including there till half 12 once breakfast was done. Luckily being by old town market, we had snacks bought from the supermarket.

We booked for 1 night but we're there originally for 1 week but had to stay a week longer after having our passports go missing at Sharm airport. That 1 night was us returning to the hotel at midnight needing somewhere to stay. They welcomed us back, sent food to our room and helped any which way they could for that following week while we got sorted. The staff were so friendly, they helped take our minds off what we were going through. A big shout out to Ahmed from the dive center too. The staff there are also lovely and Ahmed became like a brother from another mother. Use them for any diving you may want to do.

Great location! Lovely private beach. We felt very safe and at peace here. The food was fantastic! The Staff are all very friendly and nothing was a hassle for them - Nice big rooms, good cleaners the whole resort is spotless. Laundry service was top class! Activities we booked through the hotel were very good, safe and great service. The entertainment team were great fun! My partner has Coeliac disease, not all Countries and resorts understand this food allergy. On arrival we were met by the Head Chef, he immediately made her feel comfortable and introduced us to all his staff so they knew she had an allergy. At every meal we would meet Chef Mohammed and he would walk around the buffet with us telling us any allergen information! They made fresh gluten free deserts for each meal and even made a Gluten free birthday cake for us without us asking!

staff are fabulous, can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and we had towel art from the cleaner every day. There was a good selection of food from continental to egyptian dishes, the hotel has several restaurants you can use as well as a newly refurbished beach bar.

Location was perfect. Very good beach and great people work there especially manager! Awesome guy. Food was good but should serve shrimps also. Sisha/Hookah was very good and room was very decent and clean + very quiet.. enjoyed sleeping there

Some of the food and beverage staff were a little surly, compared to most others who were super polite and friendly. There are lots of Russian guests in this hotel, who can be very rude and noisy, and I expect staff are worn down by this. Booking the specialty restaurants isn't easy, as these can only be booked during limited hours and fill up quickly (even though they run them half empty). The beds are nicely firm but slightly too hard, a mattress topper would have helped!

Room was comfy, quiet and well appointed. Food was good, with lots of choice in different locations; I particularly enjoyed the beach bar and the Italian restaurant. Mohamed did an amazing job keeping the drinks flowing around the pool. The beach is great, and the snorkelling was wonderful - top tip, remember your kit (including water shoes) otherwise you'll need to buy or rent it. Entertainment is low key, which was fine by me, although the animation team are very keen to interact if you want more. Obliging service from Salem on reception, and there is an ATM, a pharmacy, gift shop and tailor in the hotel, which is very convenient. My friend had a pedicure in the spa, which he said was the best he'd ever had. Overall, things felt very safe, the hotel has a visible security presence on the door and on the beach, and the vibe is generally relaxed.

We had the most amazing experience! Much above our expectations! Staff is so friendly and ready to make everything happen for you right away. Food was delicious and different every day! Beach and rooms are clean. Tour guide Tiger also great! Massage fantastic! We want to go back and highly recommend!

The music/soundtrack playing by the pool & terrace was very dated and repetitive (Celine Dion, my heart will go on)

The staff in every department were great - Special thanks to Islam & Mohammed in the pool/terrace bar. Salem on the front desk who helped me organise a later departure when my flight was delayed. My room attendant Mahmoud (1223) Food was great, definitely try both the Egyptian and Italian a la carte restaurants. Beach bar was great with afternoon snacks Very tasty cocktails Heated outdoor pool (the Red Sea is COLD in February)

the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility is extremely well maintained. clean and an oasis of relaxation. The reception is the center of the complex. Every request is met here. The competence and friendliness of Farouk at reception are second to none. Like Farouk, Ismail the restaurant manager is also characterized by his special courtesy. In short: unique.
