The all-inclusive deal is very good as you really have everything on site. Not only is food and drink included but there is a private beach on the property and a free transit to coral reef snorkling area.

Furniture can be renewed. Cocktails are too simple for a 5* hotel. Some of the staff doesn’t speak or understand english well so I had to repeat some of my orders for a few times.

Beautifully appointed hotel in a lovely bay . Sandy beaches with a great beach bar . Total relaxation. wonderful staff. Room was perfect . Excellent massages.

we enjoy the good vibes from the hotel staff , The cleanliness of the hotel was at a high level , and the chill. Valid the ballboy, Sayed from the beach bar, and Sami from the resturants are so great, nice and carefull, we love them.

Beach is sandy but not as crystal clear as other beaches in Sharm. Good for swimming but not for snorking. Beds are hard and not comfortable. Bed sheets are old and worn out. They really need to be changed

The location is near by old bazar and the port which makes life easy at night for walking and dive trips close and easy from the port. Service is superb. Food and restaurants are fabulous. We were given an upgrde for the room for free.

As a professional Hotelier and as a Rooms Division Manager who is working for the biggest well known company in the world here is my review you may kindly find all details below; The reservation proccess: We made our reservation through with an online travel agency and during that time i sent so many messages to the hotel and they answered immediately. The answers were prompt and correct. (Just one thing: I stated that this will be my honeymoon trip however they forget to place amenity and welcome letter at the first sight. Luckily we met with Farouq at reception who is covering night shift and he arranged amenity next day.) Arrival: The team greeted us at the door, the reception was super fast. The room was ready before check in time and they provided cold towels, welcome coctails like luxury hotels. (Fo team was good especially Farouq and Mohamed Lotfy) Dining: Blue Marine restaurant is the beeeest! They are very good at their job all the time they are asking how is our vacation going or do you need anything else. The supervisor of blue marine was saying “pleasure” all the time. Thanks to food and beverage team!!! Room: the cleanliness was perfect. As a rooms division manager I can only say the service is amazing. They found out when we leave the room and they never knock our room door for cleaning. They know very well all the procedures especially DND sign procedure. The comfort, the view…etc everything was goooood. Thanks team! Animation team: They are soooooooo good quite well at their job. The is so friendly and professional. Abd Elsalam arranged us a boat trip to the corals and it was the best experience ever. Thanks for the trip! Verry , very poor breakfast....food generally was well below a 5 star hotel. I would clasify the standard of all meals , breakfast, lunch, dinner at maximum a 3 star hotel. I asked the general manager to tell me what is the monies allowence for my meals and he avoid to tell me.

Dinner time men have to wear long trousers which was not necessary in fact because it is casual place All restaurants should be booked one day in advance except the all day dining restaurant, which is not proper way for such place because one cannot plan well his day

great location, good sea view front view, free shuttle boat to coral which was very beautiful! you do need to pay extra for snorkel hire but it’s very close to hotel and amazing staff

there was a visible sewage outflow pipe on the beach about 10metres in sea clearly viable and a health risk especially as the temperature rises it would not take massive expenditure to extend the pipe a 100mtres so out of site and peace of mind to paying public with avert very damaging reviews online

We had a lock issues in the bathroom, it was locked 3 times, they send someone to open it but the issue still wasn't completely solved and i was nervous it will happen again not very relaxing.

Rooms need updating.

Great location across the road from the Old City and Mosque. Nice, small, quaint resort with very good food. Very few daytime activities and little evening entertainment but a nice place to stay. Good value for the price. Rooms may need a little updating but it is minor. Very nice employees. I enjoyed staying at this resort and would return if I am back in Sharm el Sheikh.

a couple of people from the staff. there is barmen in the lobby bar who was really unfriendly. we were there only once, but that enough. we came up in the evening a day before our leaving to ask for double vodka for our men and some juice for us, ladies. one barmen just poured us two glasses with vodka. I just said thank you. but I think this is an embarrassing situation and quite rude! we we later with my friend came up there was another barmen (I think senior barmen), we asked for margaritas, he also was very unfriendly as if we asked for sth for free, which should be paid. so this only incident surely doesn’t reflect the friendliness of the staff but still is a fly in the ointment. some days the music was too loud from the lobby (live music) or pub under our window.

the hotel is quiet, very clean with a wonderful staff! all the issues and requests were satisfied. I asked all the 3 rooms to be allocated as close to each other as possible, and when coming we discovered that one room had only bathroom and no shower. I applied to the reception to Sami and he offered us another room in 1 hour. the staff is always ready to help you, very nice! the beach is wonderful, good food, no loud companies of friend. nice place for relaxation!! the suite was cleaned up every day very well, the towels changed and everything was great! we were staying in a suite in Ras Mohamed building.

the food was very average to mediocre. I am sad to write this and I understand that you work with sources you have but I was very dissatisfied with food. just example pasta. i have photo of pasta they made. I could not eat it at all. the fruit, pasterry and desserts were good but I think they should work on quality of food

The place is great. is next to the centre so you can walk around, visit mosque and another shops. its very convenient. the facility is beautiful. the staff are very helpful and they are trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. they also have various activities
