There was nothing at all that we thought was missing. The only little negative (not directly associated to the hotel) but I guess as the activities center is part of the hotel this feedback is important. It was the quad biking experience. The pre-sale by the team on the resort was fine but when we got to the actual quad biking location there the people were quite unfriendly and trying their best to rip us off charging us $5 per scarf and saying we HAVE to buy it it's compulsory and then doing the same trying to force us to buy their photographs at the beginning (before the ride even started). They made us feel very uncomfortable and at unease. For that reason I said that I would not give them a review. But note to the hotel that it might be worth reviewing their activity partners as it can put people off having such experiences, which then falls on the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. From landing in Sharm el sheikh, the hotel bus took picked us up and as soon as we set foot in the hotel right the way to the end we we're looked after. The staff, the food, the beach, the facilities, the activities, the entertainment, the spa (massages are fab), everyone and everything was great and contributed to a memorable and relaxing stay. You expect sales at any resort but these were the best sales people, really focused on what you want/need and didn't force sell. The location was amazing too, we took a few visit to the old town which has been wonderfully done up. You feel safe in the area too!

If i have to say something i will suggest to put some music at the swimming pool area..everything is amazing nothing to complain about

Position top..one side the old market and other side a beautiful sandy beach..staff amazing always ready to help and they speak good english..thanks to the reception guys expecially Farouk that took care of us explaining everything very clearly..a special thanks to Mohamed at the pool bar that work by himself all day and night very hard giving a 5 stars service and always smiling..2 quite pools and a beach at 2 mins walk..food very good ,large buffet and different very often.good size room with a nice view..everything here is amazing very recomended..

Food at the beach bar could have started serving sooner as no meals were available at the hotel, including there till half 12 once breakfast was done. Luckily being by old town market, we had snacks bought from the supermarket.

We booked for 1 night but we're there originally for 1 week but had to stay a week longer after having our passports go missing at Sharm airport. That 1 night was us returning to the hotel at midnight needing somewhere to stay. They welcomed us back, sent food to our room and helped any which way they could for that following week while we got sorted. The staff were so friendly, they helped take our minds off what we were going through. A big shout out to Ahmed from the dive center too. The staff there are also lovely and Ahmed became like a brother from another mother. Use them for any diving you may want to do.

Great location! Lovely private beach. We felt very safe and at peace here. The food was fantastic! The Staff are all very friendly and nothing was a hassle for them - Nice big rooms, good cleaners the whole resort is spotless. Laundry service was top class! Activities we booked through the hotel were very good, safe and great service. The entertainment team were great fun! My partner has Coeliac disease, not all Countries and resorts understand this food allergy. On arrival we were met by the Head Chef, he immediately made her feel comfortable and introduced us to all his staff so they knew she had an allergy. At every meal we would meet Chef Mohammed and he would walk around the buffet with us telling us any allergen information! They made fresh gluten free deserts for each meal and even made a Gluten free birthday cake for us without us asking!

staff are fabulous, can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and we had towel art from the cleaner every day. There was a good selection of food from continental to egyptian dishes, the hotel has several restaurants you can use as well as a newly refurbished beach bar.
