The thing I enjoyed the most is the warmth of the staff, they're so welcoming and polite, they make you feel that your satisfaction is their top priority. The food is awesome and tasty and there's a wide variety of items that change every day. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The staff is amazing, from the front office to all the lifeguards on the beach. We had an amazing time with all the staff, especially thanks to Mido (Ahmed Kamel) from the snackbar who makes the best drinks at the beach (Oasis/Sands), Saied who makes the best snacks on the same beach and is always serving with a smile. The lifeguards Ahmed Shaban, Abd almonim, Mahmoud Refay who make you feel like you’re at home. It’s good to see them smiling and loving to do their work. Mena, the front office manager is a very good manager who gives a lot of attention to the customers and he is always available if you need him. The room is of good quality and the housekeeping does a good job to keep everything clean and fresh. We will come back again in sha Allah, our new favorite hotel in Egypt.

The whole hotel is a great experience that’s worth living. From the reception team and the smooth experience that we’ve had since we showed up till the end of our 1 week long trip! The animation team is also great and they keep the fun activities going all day and night! pool is available as well as spa services too! LebanonWe don't like the fact that we didn't get to experience all the renovations that are currently undergoing, such as the new Latino restaurant that will open by the end of this year, Alfredo, and the new billiards table that was installed a few days after we arrived! This will only give us an opportunity to return to The Palace as soon as possible :-)
It was our first time in Marsa Alam, and specifically in Port Ghalib and the Albatros resorts. We highly recommend The Palace to all: 1- beautiful interior design with a local cultural luxurious feel, especially at night with the gorgeous Egyptian light fixtures and lanterns of different shapes and colors; enjoyable walk between hotels on the well-kept spacious resort grounds. 2- very friendly, respectful, and helpful staff overall, namely Mahmoud and Saeid from the beach, Mohamad and Islam from the pool bar, Ehab from the main restaurant, and all the the waiters and chefs from the Lagoon restaurant. A special thanks to the Chef of Olive Restaurant who catered to our breakfast needs 🙏🏼 and to the room cleaning staff who tidied and cleaned the room perfectly every day. 3- the food is tasty and varied, even in the less busy and quieter Lagoon restaurant that has a smaller buffet. Mohamad from the pool bar made us the best refreshing drinks and don't forget to try the excellent ice cream! 4- the three tennis courts are just fantastic, with well-maintained hard surface and net, as well as a nice surrounding landscape with fun mini golf in a quiet area behind the main buildings of the Oasis resort. 5- we had a splendid spacious room with a terrace overlooking the lagoon, excellent location with access to everything. The bed is super comfortable and there are both a shower and a bathtub in the beautiful bathroom area. 7- snorkeling: the BEST in Egypt with excellent corals, loads of fish, and big turtles. We saw an eagle ray too and several types of sting rays. 8- Mohamad and Jana from Entertainment are always energetic and bring positive vibes to the resort every day. 9- finally, the reception staff - Samy, Youssef, Bishoy - and the Manager Mr. Mohamad Kamal and his assistant Mr. Mina made us feel very welcomed and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful. A true professional attitude from outstanding management!

I’m Italian, and I had many difficulties to adapt my tastes. but, on my last day here, i found out that italian pasta isn’t too bad. and i also enjoyed delicious pancake for breakfast. i suggest you to try for lunch the amazing tuna sandwiches they cook in the beach bars!
The Palace is one of the best location I’ve ever been to. It is a really suggestive and spacious resort. The beach is really nice, i enjoyed the most all the sunsets i seen there. the personnel is amazing. I felt like a princess!
