It is one of the few hotels with free wifi. The wifi signal could even be found at the beach!! However, they just decided to upgrade the system exactly on the same day we arrived, so we couldn't enjoy this luxurious service.

The room, the hotel commn areas, and the beach were super clean and very well maintained. The staff were so friendly, cooperative, and active. The buffet was just amazing! The variety wasn't huge, but was just enough to spoil you for choice without being overwhelmed by too many items. More importantly, the quality of the food was excellent. The food was cooked with care. I also loved their attention to the small details. For example, the cakes were decorated in style. This might seem trivial, but it tells you that whoever is behind this are doing their work with love and with a sincere desire to please their coustmers. You can find those small nice details everywhere in the hotel, not just in the buffet.. A big applaud 👏 to the management. Given the chance, I'd certainly go back again. I loved my stay. It's one of my best holidays. Thank you Jaz Almaza team.. P.S. Pkeaee put a clear sign on the highway to tell the drivers where they should leave it to the slower lane.

• Internet speed (almost no internet most of the time) • uncomfortable bedding (pillows are so thick and hard that I got a neck pain) • too crowded during eid (I was not able to get food sometimes because lines were too long and I would wait for 30 minutes to get something, had to have breakfast as early as possible to avoid crowds) • Dark hallways • Pool not heated Overall seems like the hotel doesn’t function very well when crowded

Google directions were awful because of some new roads. Better directions directly from the hotel would be great.

The food was very good and the staff was very helpful and supportive. The beach was amazing. Pools weren’t heated and we were there in the off-season so we didn’t swim.

Beach water was beautiful but hit and miss with cleanliness. A coupke of days during our stay the beach was full of plastic bags. Also a la carte food was NOT good

The resort boasts one of the most stunning beaches in Egypt, and that's a very high bar! The water is absolutely crystal clear, and the long sandy coastline makes for a superb morning walk. We enjoyed revisiting Jaz's classic style of landscape and architecture, which imparts an exceptional mix of coziness and splendor. The room was spacious, well-facilitated, and offered a remarkable dual view of the pool and beach from the terrace. Dinner and breakfast (à la carte) were decent, though only memorable thanks to the restaurant's location right by the beach. Despite the popular sentiment, my biggest takeaway is that this time of year is as good as if not better than the summer months to visit the North Coast and enjoy wonderful resorts like this. The weather was perfect; sunny without the excessive heat and chilly without having to wear heavy clothes. So, while we spent only 1 night this time, we're definitely planning on an extended stay there during this season. Thanks to management for accommodating our early check-in and late check-out requests :)

Staff is horrible. They want to help but they are not trained and unprofessional. Even the managers they get stuck trying to do the minor stuff. Also I’ve heard one of the restaurant staff making fun of the guests choices of food! Room service is the worst.

As everyone else mentioned, it is about time to do some major renovations in the rooms. The price is pretty high too but I think that’s the norm along the coast during that time of the year..everything is really overpriced from lodging to food.

Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. Crystal clear, calm, and long stretch of white sand. The hotel is big, and has some amazing views, and a lot to offer. Jazz almaza was the first to open in a complex of 5 hotels. You can always pick other ones and I honestly recommend either Tamerina or Oriental. Food is ok. Very friendly and hard working staff. Overall I had a great stay
