The wifi connection was quite spotty around the resort and we were told tgey were undergoing a massive upgrade which would be completed in the next few months as things were slower when we visited, due to Ramadan. This was the only complaint, if any, that we had.

The reort was very well planned and had all the facilities you could thik of, with no need to step outside. They even had small kiosks and shops to buy clothes and souvenirs. We've stayed at lots of resorts and lots of all-inclusive ones, and by far, this was the best of them all. The staff were exceptional! Each and every one of them went out of their way to make us feel completely pampered. The food quality and variety was excellent. We had the option of going to the a la carte restaurants for dinner, but the food at the buffet restaurant was so good, we never ventured out. My husband and kids also visited the waterpark and came back very impressed. There were lots of slides and rides, but they were most impreseed by how clean everything was and how well maintained. Have recommended the resort to all our friends and will definitely go back. This time for longer!

Food at Jaz Grand Marsa was exceptional and had more varieties. Also if the location was a bit closer to Cairo for easy access

The staff is very friendly and the hotel vibe is really cozy. I went there for my honeymoon and I highly recommend it, especially the royal suite. They also gave me different gifts and vouchers during my stay.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in everything. Food was delicious and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. All staff were beyond professional and helpful, they are vey welcoming and they save no effort to make your stay memorable. They made us very nice surprises for our honeymoon.

The place was perfect, the staff was very supportive especially Mr. Ahmed Hegazy who followed up starting from the booking day and on daily basis in our stay and made sure our stay the most comforting and fun as it could be, the place has fun activities and trips and fits perfectly with our needs ❤️

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the Royal Suite with the private pool, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and remarkable. We were showered with welcoming gifts and delicious desserts. Most amazing experience ever Sep 2023 We have stayed at dozen of hotels all over the world This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of us, specially Mr. Ahmed Hegazy, he was really very helpful and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our anniversary during the weekend. We had the most amazing experience from the check in to the check out. They called us a day before our arrival to plan our stay and decorated the room for us and we even got amazing give aways Thank you so much for marking a memorable celebration of our anniversary.

Spacious and clean rooms. Not a very large resort but it has everything. The beach is very close only a 5 min walk away. Sandy beach with great corals to snorkel around. Breakfast is nice with many variations and fresh coffee. Bottled water available. Staff are extremely polite and very accommodating and they know how to treat guests and make them enjoy their stay.

The wifi was a bit patchy but was fast when working, other than that everything was more than perfect. We really can't thank Mr. Ahmed Hegazy & his staff enough,they elevated our stay to another level.
