Outstanding hotel located in the Sharm El Sheikh marina. The staff was fabulous and their customer service fantastic! We were there for only one night and had breakfast and lunch included, they swapped the lunch for dinner as we were going to do an early check out, without us even have to ask. The room was clean and the food was nice.

The stay policy of men and women sharing a room. Double check that before booking. They are very conservative. Don't have access to the beach like the other hotels.

A low-key, boutique hotel with staff - Karim, Shaker, Amr, Nasser and everyone else - who are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, the shower was great, the WiFi was reliable, and the view of Naama Bay was stunning. The food was always good quality and well prepared. Thank you for a wonderful stay..

For the breakfast, the bread sometimes isn't too fresh although I think there were food supply issues when I came (during COP27 so there was a huge influx of people). The gym could also be opened a bit more often, I came during COP and wasn't able to use the gym which is opened (9-5pm).

Out of all the hotels I've been to, the staff at Jewel have been the most hospitable. Everyone has been very friendly and very welcoming. Big shoutout to some people whose names I was able to catch: 1) The cleaning staff particularly managed by Ehab and the people who managed our level, I believe his name is Atef (Very clean and tidy!) 2) Mohammed for cooking fresh omelettes everyday during our free brekkies and I think there was also a food manager, I can't remember his name but he was one of the few people that wore glasses (I think Amr) 3) Shaker and Alaa for their reception service and recommending me to go to Al Baladi restaurant 4) Nader for being so helpful when I checked in I also didn't have a flight until 9pm and the hotel staff have still let me stay in their pool and lobby areas as well :)

We had a constant battle with the guy operating the music by the pool. He didn’t understand that every guest approved background music but no one wanted distorted full volume music

An labsolute dump, disgusting hygiene, shower covered in mould and dirty, balcony handrail not fixed properly- loose and unsafe, open holes by the pool, bed mattress covered in bugs and dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay there, we changed hotel the next day. AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE, If you require pictures I will forward them! Kind regards Jeremy Sills

Very family oriented hotel, families will definitely enjoyed it, location is the best, near from every thing and the center, just walking distance to the restaurants, night clubs, shops. Pharmacy few steps away. High level of security. The staff their is very very friendly and polite, Kareem and Anas at the reception are great guys! Mr. Nader and Amr at the restaurant are fantastic and professional gentlemen, not to forget the chefs as well! You may find many attractions at good prices through the recreation team there. Special thanks to Mohab, the diving champion, who made our experience memorable. If you are visiting this hotel you should experience the diving with Mohab and explore the colorful fishes just at 1.5$ per person. Thank you all and hope to see you next season!

‏My visit to the "Jewel" hotel was an incredible experience! The warm atmosphere and attention to detail were wonderful. The reception by Anas and Kareem was inviting, and they were always available with a smile. Their positive energy, along with the hotel staff's, created a personal and unforgettable experience. The dining pleasure was also thanks to Amr, the manager, who ensured tasty meals served beautifully. There are areas for improvement, such as the absence of alcohol and weak Wi-Fi. I was having a fully paid booking for a seaview room. The receptionist informed me that he has no idea about my booking and my name is not registered in their system. He told me that all seaview rooms are occupied and the only option is to stay in a narrow mountain view room. The room had no water in the toilets at the start. Then no hot water for a full night. The hot water came back in the morning. This is a shame.

The staff was really helpful and kind. Everybody at the hotel was nice and communicative. We will really miss you 😍 the location was perfect, we could walk to the city center. We also liked the pool filled with sea water. They let us even use the pool after the check out while we were waiting for our plane. Thanks for everything

The housekeeping staff was amazing, thank you to Mr Ehab for taking care of us. they took care of our laundry, made special towel figurines for the kids and a special birthday set up for us. The manager and general manage were very attentive to helping us with scuba diving excursions and helping us with getting Taxi services when needed…thank you again Mister Mohamed, Kamel, and Ehab
