Pillows are few with bad quality Housekeeping was poor.. Really I was annoyed with the lack of attention to my room but may be due to the fact that the hotel was really busy at this time due to vacation..

Family Vacation Experience Vacation Period Our family vacation started on 10th of April and lasted for 4 nights in Eid el fitr. The visit started by warm welcome from the reception and loilpops were givven to my children and special thanks to Ahmed Tohamy for his excellent work which made our entrance easy and fast. Room Condition and we were directed to our room within 20 minutes The room is nice with practical moderate quality of furniture & needs a little bit care about pillows which are modest quality The landscape of the resort is really nice and the hotel is full of swimming pools and aqua parks and activities all the day long from slides to pools to floating cars and the diversity of arcade games and VR and PS5, beside physical activity of family bikes football and skating activities. Entertainment The animation team were really energetic and the live shows are really nice. really you can't feel bored from 8am to 10 pm But. Food and Dining Tge restaurants diversity is really nice and food is tasty and didn't cause or stomach any troubles😂🙈 The snacks from burger to pizzas and surely the ice cream is really good. Hotel Staff The hotel staff are really helpful and friendly Overall Experience The holiday and the stay were really nice and unforgettable and I wish to come again

Everything was 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The facilities are exceptional, staff are very friendly, food is delicious and cleaning is to a very high standard. Special mention to Ismail Abdelfatah and Islam from reception. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will be returning.

The rooms need an upgrade, especially the bathroom . Some mosquitos annoyed our sleep, but we understand the location and the water can't avoid these kinds of insects.

Defeneteley will visit again worth all the money we booked 3 nights and we still didn't got to use all the facilities in the resort my daughters had their best holiday being kept bussy all day nice food large variety and many restaurants to chose from. the water park is huge for all ages gaming's parties shows all you need and want you will find here. Thank you to the nice staff who made our stay beautiful 😍

As I stepped foot into the resort, I couldn't help but marvel at how much it had improved since my last visit. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a sense of familiarity mixed with newfound excitement. It was clear that Jungle Aqua Park had undergone significant enhancements, making it even more enchanting than before. The attractions were more thrilling, the facilities more luxurious, and the overall atmosphere more vibrant. It was evident that the staff had gone above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the park was elevated to new heights. One of the most notable improvements was the addition of even more exciting activities and entertainment options. From adrenaline-pumping water slides to captivating shows, there was never a dull moment during my stay. The new aqua park is amaaaaaazing - I was on the rides all day! We were a BIG group - moms and dads, everyone was enjoying their time to the maximum! I love the all inclusive thing - snacking 24/7 (now I need to lose the weight). The yellow donut ride and the bullet were OHHHH MY GOD! But what truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the level of service provided. From the friendly smiles of the staff to the impeccable cleanliness of the facilities, it was clear that every effort had been made to exceed guests' expectations. As I reminisced about my previous visit, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia mixed with excitement for the future. Everything is great, amazing staff and facilities. This resort is better than any all inclusive resort in the entire Middle East and even Europe and Asia. Ive been to the Maldives and the UAE and this is beyond expectstions. Plus the waterpark is incredibly amazing. Special recognition and thank you to Mohamed Ehab at the reception and Atef from housekeeping, Ayman and Amir from breakfast and everyone at the waterpark.

We stayed for two weeks, and the performances were repeated every week. There are many cockroaches and mosquitoes

Wifi in my room did not work. Complained severally about it but i guess they couldn't fix it till we left. One of the tours we booked (Piano Aqua Center) for boat ride, snorkeling, paradise island etc, the photographer with the group (Turtle Pro Photographers) took our money and did not send pictures he took of us as promised. Beware of these two companies. They charge foreigners alot for those services. Spa services has no fixed price, they can charge you as much as they feel u can pay

Water park was excellent, food was good and alot of variety. Alot of effort is put to cleanliness. Staff were ready to help. general areas were kept clean.

All restaurants were buffet style and the food more or less the same in all restaurants. I’d love to have some a la carte restaurant with more fresh food choices. The same for drinks. The hotel lacked a nice bar with fresh cocktails and good quality beverages.

Hotel is located about 2km far from the beach. Many resorts offer beautiful sea with coral reef as a part of hotel, this beach and mainly sea is qiute pathetic I recommend to stay at hotel and enjoy the fun that haotel offers.

Food was very delicious variety was rich. A lot of toboggans not only for children. Good connectivity of wifi and mainly heated swimming pools

Everything was amazing.fantastic pools and bars chalets were Absolutely massive.I cannot fault it . Amazing for kids quiet pools too for adults.I have never been anywhere so good 10 stars from me .If you can't walk far and maybe disabled take a scooter.I found nothing I didn't love .I would recommend every time beautiful.Brilliant staff as well.
