Perfect place for families with kids. The entertainment offered there is really extraordinary with all the waterparks, swimming pools, funfair, museum, shows and parties organised by exceptional entertainment team. The room was renewed, spacious and really nice. The hotel offers very good choice of food, beverages and coctails. We had really great time there!

the thing that wasn't very pleasant that the there was not a lot of activities for adults at night and the billiard was for 10 euros which isn't a really good deal and the gym should be open for 24/7

I like how big the aqua park and the excellent staff and the amount of buffets and the food varieties The facilities, staff and " services vices were were good. the pools and and slidee slides were awesome (could be more heated pools, though). Our room was new, spacious. and nicely designed. Really good housekeeping. Ok restaurants, could be more variety.

Very good sevice both in the lobby with Eslam Gomaa and Ahmed Tohamy and Abdo with cleaning the room. We have been here 6 times and definately return next year.

This place is a real heaven for a family vacation (We went with our daughter 11 years old). We enjoyed everything there starting from the activities ( Parties, water slides, fun park, animations, bicycles,....etc.); the variety of restaurants, and snack bars; ( You can access both Jungle & the luxurious Alf Leila hotels facilities), and above all the nice & decent staff who is always willing to help. I hope I can mention all the names I have dealt with, but I can mention from the reception staff; Mr. Ahmed who handled our Check-in & fulfilled our requests, Mr. Ismael who used to check daily if we were OK & enjoying our stay, the decent Mr. Islam Ebied who handled our booking at Neverland show. At Le Marche restaurant Mr. Ibrahim was always attentive to our requests. Also, the elevator man at the Aqua Park (sorry for forgetting the name) suffered with us a lot :). Finally, this is my first time in a hotel to be busy all day long with fun. Thanks a lot, Pickalbatros from all of us.

1- Reception crew were very kind and helpful, they tried their best for making our stay perfect, they also provided us late Check out. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Touhamy for his efforts and politeness. 2- Kids' Animation Team was very active and creative. My kids enjoyed meeting their lovely characters, shows, & Kids cinema every day. 3- Food and Beverages were very good, either quality or varieties even though desserts require  some improvement. 4- Room was recently refurbished, we liked the decorations and facilities inside the room. 5- Aqua Park & Amusement Park were amazing for both adults and kids.
