It’s too big and you need to walk alot if you are going to ride a bike or to play in their own game place or you have to wait for the internal bus but it’s okay

The variety of their aqua parks and swimming pools and restaurants and they are children friendly place they always have something for kids

The place is just amazing, the rooms are perfect and the staff is super friendly also the guards at the pool are super, about the food it’s average and not that good

The food was below average, the taste and variety can easily be corrected and made soo much better. More food outlets around the parks and pools to make it easier for parents. And increase the number of floaters and mats to accomodate the number of guests.

The amazing facilities and the amount of parks and activities for kids. The renovated rooms were very clean and spacious.. the number of pools all around that made the room experience quite pleasurable.

The hotel is extremely big, if you are going with other friends, make sure to book nearby rooms.

If you have kids - this is paradise. Waterpark slides for all ages. Very attentive life guards. Food is ok (but lots and lots of varieties). Round the clock entertainment.

A very small thing, the WiFi was irregular at times.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. As a couple, our room was situated in a quiet area with a pool, which was lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds, a wide range of slides for all ages, lots of bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a Spa/gym, shops, theme park, access to excursions, entertainment for all, and more. Lifeguards were excellent, very aware of all kid's and adult's safety. If you have a birthday, the staff will all come out singing with a drum and a cake, which they did for us and it was great 👍🏻 it was a great holiday altogether.

Absolutely NOTHING !!

Everything was exquisite. Our whole experience was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The decorations and facilities made especially for kids were awesome. The facilities were great with lots of fun activities to do, for all family members, all the time and a comfy, clean room to go back to at the end of the day. Animation team were very nice and pool parties were fun. Aquapark was amazing with lifts which was great. Food was tasty and they had a variety of cuisines matching every taste. There were even some activities we did not have the chance to try, but we will be trying next visit. This hotel is a perfect destination for adults as well as kids. Lollipops at the entrance was a very nice gesture. And special thanks to Mr. Emad and Mr. Ismail.

The only "negative" is the tiles around the pools. They are super slippery and get very warm so bring some swimming shoes with you!

The Neverland resort is absolutely perfect for families who would like to have a relaxing holiday. The slides were perfect, some for littles ones, more trilling for bigger kids. There are so many pools and deck chairs that you do not have to worry. Some have music, some are very quiet and relaxing. There are 11 restaurants so you can always find something to eat by going restaurant to restaurant and the quality for such a big place is excellent. Staff are super friendly and helpful. It was a super relaxing holiday and we already want to go back!

Pillows are few with bad quality Housekeeping was poor.. Really I was annoyed with the lack of attention to my room but may be due to the fact that the hotel was really busy at this time due to vacation..

Family Vacation Experience Vacation Period Our family vacation started on 10th of April and lasted for 4 nights in Eid el fitr. The visit started by warm welcome from the reception and loilpops were givven to my children and special thanks to Ahmed Tohamy for his excellent work which made our entrance easy and fast. Room Condition and we were directed to our room within 20 minutes The room is nice with practical moderate quality of furniture & needs a little bit care about pillows which are modest quality The landscape of the resort is really nice and the hotel is full of swimming pools and aqua parks and activities all the day long from slides to pools to floating cars and the diversity of arcade games and VR and PS5, beside physical activity of family bikes football and skating activities. Entertainment The animation team were really energetic and the live shows are really nice. really you can't feel bored from 8am to 10 pm But. Food and Dining Tge restaurants diversity is really nice and food is tasty and didn't cause or stomach any troubles😂🙈 The snacks from burger to pizzas and surely the ice cream is really good. Hotel Staff The hotel staff are really helpful and friendly Overall Experience The holiday and the stay were really nice and unforgettable and I wish to come again

Everything was 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The facilities are exceptional, staff are very friendly, food is delicious and cleaning is to a very high standard. Special mention to Ismail Abdelfatah and Islam from reception. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will be returning.

The rooms need an upgrade, especially the bathroom . Some mosquitos annoyed our sleep, but we understand the location and the water can't avoid these kinds of insects.

Defeneteley will visit again worth all the money we booked 3 nights and we still didn't got to use all the facilities in the resort my daughters had their best holiday being kept bussy all day nice food large variety and many restaurants to chose from. the water park is huge for all ages gaming's parties shows all you need and want you will find here. Thank you to the nice staff who made our stay beautiful 😍

It was clear that Jungle Aqua Park had undergone significant enhancements, making it even more enchanting than before. One of the most notable improvements was the addition of even more exciting activities and entertainment options. From adrenaline-pumping water slides to captivating shows, there was never a dull moment during my stay. The new aqua park is amaaaaaazing - I was on the rides all day! We were a BIG group - moms and dads, everyone was enjoying their time to the maximum! I love the all inclusive thing - snacking 24/7 (now I need to lose the weight). The yellow donut ride and the bullet were OHHHH MY GOD! But what truly impressed me was the attention to detail and the level of service provided.
