The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The lunch was so delecious and the prices was suitable. I enjoyed the stay at the beautiful hotel where I took so amazing photos.

Location - although this is not the hotel's fault. The transport links just aren't great around the area.

The owner was very (very!) friendly and everyone was so kind and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was really nice too, and the location is nice and chilled by the river. This hotel though is not close to Aswan, so you will need to take boats/cars to get into Aswan and some of the nearby sights. Transport options are limited, but other than this, the place was very nice to stay at, I had a wonderful time!

We got our breakfast packed for our travel to Abu Simbel. It was very simple and not a lot of choices if you are vegetarian.

- We stayed two nights in this hotel. We enjoyed being out of the city and all the noise and traffic even tho the road to the house is not asphalted and it takes a lot of time to reach the property. The room was good and we had a terrace to watch the river at sunrise or in the late afternoon. - You can get a boat ride from the hotel between the nearby islands for the sunset. - Everyone was very kind and helpful. - There is a small tourist market with clothing and souvenirs nearby. - We arrange our visit to Abu Simbel with the hotel. The car, the driver, and the whole service were great.

We had a great time! Everything was clean and very cosy! Great location, directly next to the beautiful river! We had the best food of our Egypt trip and the staff was also very nice and caring. They also offered transfer which was very handy. Definitely recommend!

Room felt slightly small after our 2 haversacks were placed inside, but still comfortable for 1-2 nights stay.

It’s a charming place by the Nile river with lots of character. Great unobstructed view of sunrise, with an amazing breakfast on the boat thereafter. Staff were friendly and helpful - one rode out on a motorbike looking for us after we checked out thinking that we left behind some garments and wanted to return us.

Other than how beautiful and amazing the hotel is, one of the best things about the place is the hospitality and how each staff would make you feel like at home. The first day I arrived I was treated with the best hospitality I have ever received, given a room with an amazing view to the Nile. All the sightseeing was so easy to arrange with the staff. I will definitely be returning back here with my family

Fantastic location at the heart of the Nubian village, breathtaking view from the balcony that we will remember for a long time, and a really picturesque room decorated with themes of Nubian culture. Friendly staff, and wonderful experience dining on a boat that is owned by the accommodation. We only stayed one night but really wished we had more days there. Absolutely reccomend it!

Prime location, facing the Nile River, there is a boat belonging to the hostel which you can spend your time. Very beautiful and amazing doodles and murals, colorful world.

If you visit Aswan; you have to stay here. They will arrange tours and transportation a good price. The environment is peaceful if that’s what you are looking for. Having breakfast in the boat or looking the sunset was priceless. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning perfectly works.

The man in the evening at the restaurant was so delightful and friendly, very good service. Everyone was friendly. The stand out was the food!! It was the best we have eaten in Egypt, super tasty and a lot of it! It was such a lovely reprieve from other tourist area's, it was quite peaceful. The rooms are very basic but we knew that. We were pleasantly surprised and thankful to get an upgrade with a Nile view. The Nubian Village is super colourful and you can just amble through the village / markets. You can also go to Abu Simbel from here. Don't bother going into the centre of Aswan. Overall it was a lovely experience.

Most beautiful guest house I have ever stayed in! Loved taking naps on the boat outside with all the comfy pillows! The highlight of Kendaka was the food! I stayed there for 3 days and gained 3Kg! I ate so much! The staff are amazing, warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful, cute, cosy place with incredibly friendly, helpful, welcoming management. Happy, colourful, comfortable and clean, we felt like at home, surrounded by family. Moreover, it is located in amazing Nubian Village. We received assistant with everything we wanted from tour organization to birthday celebration. We are very grateful for all and we already want to go back there.

Everything was perfect.

A delightful authentic Nubian guest house overlooking the serene Nile. Located away from the bustling streets in the hub of the Nubian Village with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy and souk open till late. The local cuisine dishes prepared were delicious. Thank you Kasim for your warm hospitality and for having organised so perfectly our tours and transfers despite our limited schedule. You made our trip to Aswan a dream come true! The perfect place to unwind in the midst of nature. We look forward to our next visit!
