All staff are super friendly and cannot do enough to help you. The restaurant is busy but there is a good selection of food and if all else fails you can get pasta made how you want. Overall a fantastic holiday , great staff and hot sun . We would recommend this hotel.

The hygiene was horrible and their was a wedding the next day from our visit and they didn't tell us on boarding also the air conditioner was damaged

Staff that called me one night ahead of arrival to tell me that payment is in cash only. Breakfast is not good and it is in open area. It is only for 2 hours from 9AM to 11AM. WiFi is not in all areas and it's too slow.

That they didn't have golf cars, or cars that we could use to go outside the hotel. Also, the amount paid at the hotel didn't match the amout displayed when i confirmed my reservation, and they mentioned that the credit card machine didn't work, so i had to pay in cash because i couldn't cancel my reservation since it wouldn't be refundable.

Everything was perfect , All the staff was so cooperative and provide support to help me to enjoy my stay , especially Mr. Nageh and Mr. Mohamed, I really appreciate their support :) . The room was clean with outstanding view. Even when i had a problem with my car all the staff helped me to fix it .

The overall service was very mediocre or even letting me down at times. It's a simple as not being able to get the WiFi password! Sometimes I had to ask more than once for a certain thing. The pool was okay, some parts weren't clean but it was okay overall. As mentioned above, I wished that the beach had beachfront, but it's just a private mini-beach with no sand beachfront. One of the things that really was a downside for me, is the food. It's only breakfast included, dinner is set menu and it's so overpriced, we ended up eating from nearby restaurants. I was surprised to not find open buffet. For the overall experience, I think it was a bit overpriced, because for a small difference, you can get half-board, open buffets, beachfront, better service. Maybe that's not what you're looking for, and maybe this place is for you.

The place was calm, the atmosphere was okay, there was peace, quiet and serenity at times. The breakfast isn't bad but it's also a premade set menu, which isn't very flexible. The room was nice, the view was super magnificent, the sea was really gorgeous and amazing, however there was no beachfront. The place is kind of secluded and not crowded with people, which is a really good choice if you're looking for some disconnection without caring about the service much.

what an exceptional experience. I would love to revisit la Siesta over and over. I do recommend this hotel for whom ever enjoy the feeling of being relaxed while surrounding with natural beauty and preserved privacy. The hotel has luxuriance design, wide sea view from every where especially from room balcony and the room is comfort and large enough. Thanks to Mr. Nageh from reception team, abo kenzy from room service and Emad from the restaurant for improving this memorial visit.

This is a unique & amazing hotel for relaxation, amazing view, very clean hotel with about 25 rooms only. The service and the staff are extremely friendly and very professional. Food is very delicious, Loved the oriental breakfast. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a quiet gateway. Thanks to Mr. Moharam for his hospitality and all his help for making our vacation better than we expected.

The whole experience was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The location was spectacular, and the staff was super friendly and professional.
