Receptionists were very rude at checking in. They refused to show us the room before we pay. They were also extremely rude at check out. We were a bit late at check out and they phoned and argued rudely that we need to pay an extra day if we are not at the reception shortly. Music is very loud almost all day, which is cool if you like party, if you like quiet to chill it's not your place though. Rooms are very simple (only a few looklike in the pictures) and bathrooms are below standard. It was clean though. For 2 persons 4 nights wepayed an extra $13 for wifi with very weak reception at the whole area.

Some staff are very nice especially at the beach bar. Food is nice with wide range. Nice beach and pool area. We had some service at the spa section ehich is beautiful with kind staff.

The bath was terrible. I'm sorry to write such a review, but it's true breakfast - there was a long wait for the omelets, unfortunately only one cook. they didn't have boiled eggs, lunches: nothing extra, limited choice dinner: I expected more from it, I preferred to eat outside the hotel some mattresses and beach deck chair would be good to change

they charge me for losting the towel card .. I don't mind paying for my fault but not that amount for a simple paper card.. I got an upgrade to a joiner sweet which appreciated .. but it was at the top 3rd floor and no lifts in the facility. the place wasn't clean and no complimentary fresh water or coffee maker , so I used my own sheets and towels as the one in the house were not clean enough. the level of hygienic in the food area was poor . they need to look after.

the staff attitude specially “ Abdullah vs “ at the the front desk + when I received the rooms which were 1603 and 1608 wasn’t match any of the features at the booking deal it was very over promising nothing mentioned at the deal starting from the view ending with facilities inside the room were true , there was no electricity or lamp at the bath room , the bath room door can’t be closed , the electricity plugs at the room weren’t working except of one at the whole room and it was a very very very bad experience… I noticed that there was no reason of this kind of bad attitude from “ Abdullah vs “ at the reception desk except of they don’t want any Arab or Egyptians to stay at the hotel they didn’t mention that frankly , but I notice that we were almost the only Egyptian / Arab guests at the whole hotel so I think that they were trying to make us leave once we arrived because we are Egyptian / Arabs but they can’t said that frankly because it’s against the law .
