Quality of lunch and snacks need to be improved as it was low quality ingredients and with poor taste Drinks quality need to be improved and availability of bottled water needs to be available in all bars instead of serving filtered water Animation team needs to be more active and creative as nearly there is no night shows

It was very difficult for a gluten-free person to find suitable things to eat, and only one person (the manager at the German Restaurant) actually knew what gluten-free meant. All inclusive drinks were very watery, especially later in the evening.

Perfect location especially for keen snorkellers, the reef here is superb. The bath was grubby, didn't have a plug and the shower head needed replacing, but otherwise the room (junior suite) was lovely. The food was surprisingly good for an all inclusive and the staff very attentive.

Internet connection in the rooms was poor. In reception it was OK.

The sea was definitely the best. All the coral reef next just next to the beach in shallow water, that was amazing. All the area around the hotel is surrounded by the wall. Outside the wall there is just desert, but this area is huge. It has 4 RED SEA HOTELS inside and we didn't make it to walk around everything. Really huge and nicely lighted during the evening.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. All the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. Everyone is willing to help and assist everywhere, at the beach, the pool, and restaurants. Specially at the front desk Shift leader Amir Ali was extremely helpful and assisted us with any needed reservations just to make our stay even more relaxing.

The hotel and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Mr. Amir Ali and Mr. Fahmy, who are particularly dedicated to guests. They fulfilled all our wishes. The food is very good and tasty. Plenty of choices for everyone. You can arrange taxis and other transportation right from the hotel. The water park is very interesting for younger ones.

- Food quality & variety in the main restaurant was below average, however hotel restaurants afford lunch & dinner for the inclusive package with amazing food especially the Italian restaurant. - i like the hotel design, but it seem hotel is very old and rooms need some renovation.
