We have been to egypt over 40 times in 20 years and this hotel is one of the best for couples or families with children, everything you want is here, MR AMIR ALI and MR RAMADAN and MR MAHMOUD are all fantastic and they made our stay very enjoyable

Everything was great and as agreed.

The hotel and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Mr. Amir Ali and Mr. Fahmy, who are particularly dedicated to guests. They fulfilled all our wishes. The food is very good and tasty. Plenty of choices for everyone. You can arrange taxis and other transportation right from the hotel. The water park is very interesting for younger ones.

The best coral reef in Makadi bay. This hotel is best best one for families, specialily for children because of the pools and waterslides. I need to mention all the workers at the reception, specially Amir Ali shift leader, because he help me with everything, with better stay,...

- Food quality & variety in the main restaurant was below average, however hotel restaurants afford lunch & dinner for the inclusive package with amazing food especially the Italian restaurant. - i like the hotel design, but it seem hotel is very old and rooms need some renovation.

Excellent reception, very friendly. Special thanks to Mr Mohamed Ramadan. Restaurants are clean and the food in the kebab Al a carte was very good. Big spacious rooms, slides for children are perfect.

The only concern we had was the food as they really lack the high quality standards of food specifically in two restaurants which we tried which are the italian and the mexican they were extremely terrible, but also they have other good restaurants such as kebab restaurants (oriental) it was good , and overall the food was somehow good comparing to the prices as the hotel prices are not relatively high so it was fine.

We went there for three nights and actually we are really impressed with the hotel facilities and they have a very beautiful beach as well as the pools , also they have kinda different water gamed and somehow they have a simulation game for kite surfing it was amazing. Overall the hotel is very good and all the service providers starting from the desk people to the waiters and room service all of them are very polite and respectful.

Waterpark was wonderful and my son was enjoyed so much with it. Hotel and its facilities were wonderful. All staff was good at their job and always cared guests. Special thanks to Mahmood Fahmy and Amir Ali .

The staff the did go out there way. The food was beautiful I was really surprised as never had good food in Egypt. It's very big so always something to.do. plenty of great reefs for snorkeling from hotel this place feel very relaxed and open and a great atmosphere with a promenade to walk along unlike so many other Egyptian hotels that feel hemmed in and isolated special thanks to mohamed fahmy who's attention to detail made our stay the best and unforgettable also because him we will be returning soon
