There's a delay in the service even if the hotel is not fully-occupied (housekeeping, beach shuttle,...) There was an intention to change the hotel's food service during my stay from open-buffet to set-menu without a proper notification to me and with keeping the same price of the open-buffet. After making a complaint to booking.com, it was kept as is as open-buffet. The food was quiet good on the third night

The hotel is neat and a good place for a stay It is not too far from Egypt's capital (Cairo) The beach and pool are good There is a supermarket near the hotel Most of the stuff is friendly It has a squash hall and other games It has different places for sitting, chatting, playing, etc.

Most facilities are restricted to owners only. Special pool, beach, and even the wood walkway in the sea.

Super decent staff, reception, restaurant, and all employees. Special thanks to Mrs. Mariam, at the reception, she is extremely helpful. Very good restaurant with a variety of food.

The room was not 100 percent clean ex mirrors and glass were stained. The cafeteria by the sea was not working and beach was full of crows. Also, the beach as small compared to the beach for the chalets. Food was set menu and though the portion was big, the food was not tasty.

It was near and cozy. The staff was very friendly, understanding and very helpful.

Hygiene problems. Sheets are not clean, the walls were dirty and even the phone had families of germs living in it. No shampoo or good soap. No hair-drier.

Cosy. Small. Friendly-looking. The front-desk people are lovely, cooperative and nice. The food was nice but not diverse. The beach is filled with crows!!!!!

Though there are carts to take u to the beach but u rarely find it when u need it, so we had to walk to/ from the sea around 15 mins each The dinner was delecious, but no variety and moderate amounts Towels and bed sheets are washed and smelled good but it has spots and looks old, i recommend to bring urs

Staff are the best thing very friendly and welcoming, the beach was clean and calm,, water and the view were very good, Breakfast was delecious too Over all suitable for family, or small vacation in the middle of the week

The cleanliness, the sheets and pillow cases were not changed from previous guests and the room wasn’t swept. They are also slow in fulfilling any request. Although the staff was apologetic they didn’t compensate us with anything.

In lobby everyone is somking even the staff, taking into consideration that they can smoke outside the lobby if they just step away only for few steps where open air will be a good choice for smokers.

Food is very good when there is an open buffet at dinner, but if they offer only set menu, portions are not enough for normal persons
