the hotel is a bit old, some rooms are not renovated, the furniture is old but everything is very clean.

The staff was very concerned about everything. They tried very hard to have a nice holiday. They arranged early check-in and late check-out according to our flight times. especially Ms. Katerina from the customer relations was in contact with us 24 hours a day to meet our needs. The food quality was way above our expectation. The meals were very diverse. You can find 4-5 types of grills/main dishes every evening. Working in the main restaurant, Mr. Yasser even put the highchair on the table where we sit every evening before we arrive. The beach is sandy, slowly getting deeper. There is a small reef and you can see many kinds of colorful fish. location is very good. right next to the market. The beach is very comfortable. Umbrellas and sun loungers are very good.

Club car need improvement and more staff and cars be available all the time

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jolie Ville ( all inclusive), and it was the second visit ;and I must say it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Upon entering the resort, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel instantly welcomed. The check-in process was seamless, and I was escorted to my beautifully appointed rooms in palm area. The two rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The resort's grounds were meticulously maintained and showcased breathtaking gardens, palm trees, and vibrant flowers that added to its overall charm. The expansive pool area offered a tranquil oasis where I could relax under the warm Egyptian sun or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters. The attentive poolside service ( Bar section) ensured that I never had to lift a finger while enjoying my time by the pool. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience at this resort. With multiple on-site 3 restaurants offering diverse cuisines ranging from traditional Egyptian delicacies to international dishes, there was something to satisfy every palate. Each meal was expertly prepared using fresh ingredients, and the presentation was nothing short of artistry. The attentive staff provided impeccable service throughout my dining experiences, and it’s my pleasure to mention outstanding very welcoming managers : Mr Khaled , Mr Nashaat, Chef Emad who did to me special dish in which is Not usually available in the programmed list ; and never forget the Italian chef Mr . Daniel as was exceptional. For those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation, the resort's spa facilities were second to none. The location of this resort also deserves special mention.

Sometimes you have to wait a little bit to go to beach with a car. And water slides seema a little bit old.

When we first arrived they upgraded our room for free. Hotel personel was very nice and kind (especially Katerina was very helpful). The room was very nice and clean. Air contioner was working fine which is very important in that area.

Amazing staff, very high quality of service. Above the expectations. Moustafa at the reception is remarkable. he treated us kindly and helped us with any questions and requirements we had. He did everything from the bottom of his heart. he gave us a warm welcome, that stayed with us throughout our whole holiday. Also, Nabil treated us kindly and helped us with our stuff. A true angel is Katerina the guest relation manager. I forget a few things at the hotel. she was communicating all along till I got my stuff back.

Had a fantastic stay at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort with my family. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, we even received a free upgrade! The room was clean and spacious and the pool area well kept and not over-crowded. The beach is beautiful and the best in Sharm. Jolie Ville is a remarkable resort. Simply the best! The food(exquisite chefs and great waiters Mr. Emad specifically, the atmosphere, its friendly staff, its animation team and last but not least its receptionists who were more than accommodating to all of our needs. The hotel is like heaven. It’s location is perfect,15 min. Away from the AirPort and Soho square,5-10 min.away from old city&Sahaba Mosque and right NeXT to a great Street of Naama Bay.everything was top quality,hotel staff was very helpful.They did everything they could to make my stay perfect! Cleaning is excellent,the beach is unique,colorful fishes swims with you,Wi-Fi was available everywhere for free,breakfast was very well done. It is such a well quilified hotel. Once you set a foot in it,you feel like you are in a paradise. They provide a lot of activities,you can enjoy your holiday without going out of the facility,if that is your type of vacation. I personelly thank every single staff for making this journey perfect for me.Especially Katerina who made sure that i felt safe & secure,since i am a solo traveller,it was very important for me.XOXO:)

The only negative was building work taking place. Sometimes loud drilling and banging

When I first arrived it was late at night. I didn’t like my room because it was very loud near the disco. Straight away they moved me to a nicer room, no charge. They also provided us with food in the room, as the all inclusive had finished by this time. The staff are absolutely exceptional and can’t do enough for you. A special mention to the two bar staff Nader Magdy and Ahmed, who were excellent. The gardener Salmi worked incredibly hard and was so nice. Katerina went above and beyond to help in any way she could. On the last day we had to check out at 12 but our flight was not until 10pm. Katerina let us keep our room and all inclusive no charge. She also printed off my boarding pass. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Only problem is bathroom is small.

Firstly we would like to thank you for free pick up from Airport on midnight. After that hotel is amazing. Especially beach and sea perfect. The all meals has huge range.
