We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Egyptthe pool was dirty , no kettle in room the safe box out of batteries , the water in the shower is not clean , we found the wc is not clean in check in no iron for clothes the AC make noise , the tv is not working, the restaurant is not open ( shortly the hotel is off season) so no any thing is working except the bed

Egyptit is not clean.. bottles of water were left in the ailes. MOSQUITOES WERE A DISASTER… .. my husband and I cannot even count the bits we took and they have absolutelynth to deal with that.they can not serve u even a cup of coffee. the bathroom door lock was broken.

United StatesMosquitoes, I stay at front desk about 5-7 minutes and been absolutely destroyed by mosquitoes, but again thank you Gamal, he provide me spray for mosquitoes. Room not great, but again it is most cheap hotel in airport area, and it is definitely worth that money!
First of all you need to understand, this is cheap hotel, for overnight rest, maybe a couple of days. And this is perfect place for it, close to airport, quite, and CHEAP! Hotel doesn't look popular, there was not much people in it. Its pretty old, and definitely needs some renovation. But again it is cheap, and good only for a few days, it is not resort for vocation. Guy on front desk Gamal was absolutely the BEST!! First he help me with taxi driver because of course they not speaks English or any other languages. Then next day he explain me absolutely everything about Sharm El Sheikh, where to go, where not to go, where the best prices, what should we see around, and most important how much it is really cost so we can understand prices and did not overpay. Dude you are the best))

Facilities fine for the price. Location good if you are happy to walk 45mins to the airport. Otherwise don't bother staying here just because it's near the airport as they still charge 17 dollars for the five minute taxi trip.

EgyptThere were mosquitoes and flies inside the room. Also flies on the open buffet breakfast. The flush mechanism of the toilet seat didn’t work, we had to work around with a bucket. we couldn’t pay with visa and had to get cash.

CanadaNot cleaned properly which I assume is the standard throughout the hotel. Had no pillow case on 1 pillow and no towels which was annoying for 5 am arrival just trying to sleep and shower, air-con controller broken can not adjust, key card broken. shower little to no pressure and door broken. Would not want to stay more than a few hours. I can stay in run down cheap places as long as they are clean not expecting much for $25, but this place was filthy would be fine with a little maintenance and proper cleaning.
Close to the airport (9min taxi $15) for 4:00am arrival check in staff early morning was a nice guy. And accommodate our concerns quickly providing us with pillow cases and towels. Bell boy was kind and helpful and very attentive helping with our bags
