The only drawback I can think of was the beach itself: it was small and there was no space to have long walks. The coral reef runs up to the shore, which is beautiful, but it prevents you from having a bath since, you are not allowed to swim over it (rightly so, to protect the environment). There is a place where you can bath on the sea, but it's tiny, and you cannot leave it because of the boats passing close by

Everything was wonderful: the staff was very friendly and always helpful, the place and activities were great, and the food was fantastic. I greatly recommend it!

I was almost about to like everything but since the receptionist after consulting the manager rejected to extend my stay although the hotel was 60% empty, that was something very unpleasant and rather unprofessional

construction work was bothering a lot , manager did not accept to extend my stay one more night which was very rude although the Hotel was almost empty

First of all, I want to thank all the staff at this beautiful lovely place SUNRISE REMAL BEACH as from the entrance you will feel like u r at your home .. every person treats you like u r special ,giving u anything and what you want so that you can feel joy and happiness .. Second, I want to thank all the restaurant staff especially Mr. Moh. Rabiee , Mr. Shenoda and Mr. Ghonem for the special lovely romantic dinner which I feel like I have a romantic date with my wife .. Finally, it was my first time at this gorgeous place and it will not be the last as I really enjoyed my stay and hopefully I will be here again very soon ..

It had some serious building work done next door but to be honest it did not affect my stay at all

Very relaxed, quiet hotel with most beautiful views of the coast. I received a free upgrade on arrival with a sea view and a swimming pool. Every detail was taken care off, the room was fantastic, full bar, fruit, sweets and coffee facilities. The staff was very friendly, kind and attentive. I have stayed in many places in Sharm but Sunrise Remal Beach was exceptional I will be definitely going back.

Best holiday we ever had! Everything was perfect: great variety of food&drinks, services, pools, room&view, cleaning, staff was super nice and helpful, corals & fish are beautiful, entertainment day&night, shops in the hotel (mini market with local sweets & snacks, sunglasses & jewellery, perfume shop with oils, teas and spices, etc). The hotel is close to the airport (10 minutes by taxi), but it is not disturbing or noisy at all. The corals and fish are amazing!!! You can only go into the water through a not very long jetty (we could see longer ones in the neighbour hotels), however there is a small sandy beach but the water is shallow, and you can't go deeper due to the corals. Unfortunately, many people tried to get into the water through the corals, which destroys the corals, that's why I mention it. Hotel offers diving services as well for extra charge, but snorkeling is more than enough, we could see hundreds of different kind of fish all the time during snorkeling, smaller and 1meter long ones as well, and pink,blue, green, red, yellow corals. Every day we saw something new while snorkeling, it was amazing! Lots of sunbeds available by the pools and the beach as well. Evening entertainment was in the sister hotel (Sunrise Remal resort - 100meters walk or 2 minutes with the hotel bus), so this hotel (Beach) is more quiet, and in my opinion this hotel is better if you prefer relaxing more than to party. I highly recommend this hotel if you like snorkeling rather than just swimming in the sea, and if you like good food, good beer, and friendly & super helpful staff and want to have a relaxing holiday! We got a free upgrade from standard room to room with pool view, Thank you Sunrise Remal Beach! :-)

Maybe some of the staff from excursions was a bit too insistent, but it's not too big of a problem.

We had an amazing time here at Sunset Remal Beach! The structure was in a great position with a wonderful coral reef, we enjoyed snorkeling basically every day. The Resort is also extremely clean and tidy, but the thing we loved the most was the staff: everyone was so nice and helpful to us, but we wanted to mention especially Ahmed from reception, Mohammed and Ramy from buffet, your smile makes us want to come back :) Also the food, even being Italian, was not a problem for us as you have plenty of options.

We have no complaints, everything met or exceeded our expectations.

This was a great place to relax after travelling about Egypt. The snorkeling was fabulous right off of the pier, and there was always a free lounge on the beach. Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, they really made the location feel like a complete respite. Thank-you Remal Beach!

We really loved our stay at Sunrise Remal Beach, the food was delicious and the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were amazing, polite and they tried their best to satisfied your requests. A special mention to Ahmed, the guy at the beach bar. Ahmed was amazing, always smiling,very funny and he made delicious cocktails for us. Highly recommended, hopefully one day we will come back.

The choice of food was huge but the taste wasn’t really good. We would prefer a smaller choice with higher quality. The sunbeds at the beach need an upgrade.

We liked the huge choice of restaurants, pool- and beach areas. Also we enjoyed that there were specific areas for kids, animation, party and relaxation so it was easy to spend time in the area you liked most. It’s great to be situated at a top diving and snorkeling spot.
