Service at the bar area was outstanding also food was delicious, so many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, again excellent service at the hotel restaurants. Pontoon is quite old and need to be repaired.

It was the best choice to stay in Sunrise Real Beach. Nice location, without strong wind - while nearby beaches were closed because of stormy weather, we could swim and snorkel in our reef. Food is standard for Egypt, but always fresh and varying. Good coffee and there are coffee machines in every bar, even near the pool and beach. Beach area is calm and large - animation program usually takes place near the pool. There was a lot of families with children, but it was quiet and there were plenty of activities for them. Additional thanks to all the staff in the main restaurant, and Bika from reception. They made our stay really comfortable.

I loved the coral reef in front of the hotel...I think it was one of the best I have seen during the week. I loved the beach and all facilities like swimming pools and diving center. The room was a bit old style but very clean and comfortable. The hotel was super clean and buffets were good. Staff was all super nice and friendly. Unfortunately, Last night we had a strange issue in the room like someone enter in our room when we were out but nothing was missed...so it will remain as a mistery...no was nice but we forgive the inconvenient comparing the rest of the week that was perfect.

Hotel was well located in resort area , very close to Soho district lilke 3 mins drive! From welcoming to last check out minute all was well organised, staff is extremely helpful! Makes me feel really comfortable. Food was amazing, lots of local and international taste , all foods were fresh and well served. Variety was enough ! Thank you for all good time to the management!

Sunrise Remal Beach was a perfect holiday destination. The hotel was gorgeous with fantastic, happy, helpful staff. The All inclusive buffet food was excellent and the beach was stunning with the fish and coral at your feet. Entertainment was fun, as lead by Aladdin. Nothing was too much trouble

Everything from the start till the end was exceptional the team took care from all the details starting from Mr Bassem who welcomed us on arrival and the follow-up from the front desk team , Mr Shehata was following up with us on daily basis just to make sure that we are Happy,,the food was really great and The Pasta from Chef Mona must be tried , Mr Samir also was welcoming us and doing his best to give us the best customer experience, Ahmed the bartender on the beach was very helpful and cheerful person and serving you with passion , animation team (Felix,Alaa,,Tota) they were very friendly and always cheerful , i really recommend this hotel not for the facility or location only but because of people and their dedication to make you feel that you are at your home :), Definitely will be back soon :).

Food varieties and long waiting to get omelette at the breakfast time.

Cleaning was super good, 10 of 10 for the animation team. Mr Ahmed in the reception was very helpful and polite.

They only have one location to get the Swimming pool/beach towels and sometimes pretty far from where you want to stay. Would be great if they had multiple areas to get and return the towels.

Location is great, rooms are clean and comfy and staff is very feiendly
