I was hoping that entertainment could go beyond 11:30pm inside the resort, rather than looking for external options

Loved the theme of the hotel. Every corner has an aesthetic feel. The overall service was super great but I want to give a big shout out to Ahmed the life guard, he assisted me multiple times whenever I needed assistance. The animation team was great, especially Adham. Also the bar drinks were on point, mainly the signature ones that I have tried. Yasser from the Sports bar as well as Islam from the Yades bar did an excellent job with the service. The receptionist supervisor Mostafa arranged a complementary room service breakfast. Roaya from the munchery restaurant was very welcoming too. Overall, highly recommend this resort to any couple.

Excellent customer service frm the manager Mohammed who allowed us an early check in and upgraded our room.Check in by Mostafa was quick and efficient.The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Mini bar in room with drinks. I liked the bathroom it was big and had a shower. New towels everyday..The bathroom has all toiletries too. The resort is very neat and clean .The pools are heated.Everyday live entertainment.Many resturants to eat at.I took all inclusive so it was meals and drinks all day.Food was excellent and they also have a late breakfast option.The food at munchery Basilico Yades and burger boulevard was excellent.The staff are all very helpful and friendly especially Ally. MERAKI was home to us.Will definitely come back.
