The best experience with hotel so far in my trip to Egypt, because of the price I expected less but everything is very clean and with all the accomodations. Omar and Hamza have been very helpful in everything, I felt like home.

It is more than expected, we were pleasantly surprised to find such a clean and tidy room at this price near the pier on the west bank of the river.

It was our 2nd stay there. The staff was different than last time but always very nice. You can ask them for help if you need a driver for example. The beds are super confortable.

Had a bit of misunderstanding with the manager Naser when I requested cancellation and refund for the hot air balloon but it was eventually sorted.

Felt welcome. Beautiful hotel and well maintained. Receptionist Hamza and people that are working there are available, polite and efficient. I ask if they could help me visit the temples and other touristic area in Louxor and Mr Omran direct me to a tourist guide. It cost me less than a regular taxi driver and was with me all day. My room, big, clean quiet, garden view, nice mattress, bedsheets etc.. Morning Egyptian breakfast served in the beautiful garden. Nothing to say I recommend that place.

Very nice place, well located in Luxor. Just a few minutes walking from the restaurants and the ferry boat to cross the Nile. The kindness of Nasser and all the staff has been the highlight of our stay there. Very nice and helping people. They gave us a good room and made easy our stay in Luxor. Thanks for everything !!

Out of my 4 accommodations in egypt, this one had hands down the best showers, wifi, and beds. The staff is super nice and forthcoming, even prepared a welcome drink when I arrived. Everything is fairly new and really clean. Location is only a few minutes from the private ferry port which was super practical for arrival and departure. Great breakfast too.

My stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations – a perfect haven in every aspect. Remarkably, the top-class service and luxurious ambiance felt like a steal at such an affordable price. It was as if I had entered an expensive five-star retreat. The staff, treating me like family, elevated the experience. Special kudos to Umran, the driver, whose assistance extended beyond the reasonable tours, going above and beyond in every aspect of my stay—from navigating streets to purchasing train tickets, easing the language barrier. Nasser, the manager, consistently checked in to ensure my satisfaction. Another staff member even went out of their way to take me to a nearby pizza shop at night when I expressed hunger. This hotel offered not just accommodation but a truly exceptional and caring experience.

Thank you for your hospitality! We had a nice room, new equipment, snow-white bed, everything was very clean. There is always staff ready to help. Convenient location: 5 minutes to the ferry, to the pier, on the next street there are many cafes and everything you need!
