Room service not very good

They dodn’t want us to enter with our cars and we follwed their rules but then we found out that people enter. The room needs maintiance

It's not hotel rooms it was chalet rooms the electrcity cut down for like 5 hours

Couldn't use the car inside, my mom and dad are elderly and the staff wouldn't let me use the car inside. One of the rooms had a broken door in the shower box. Prices for drinks were very expensive inside hotel. The food was mediocre. The beach was rocky, the chairs and chaiselongs on the beach didn't have padding and wasn't comfortable. Playing pool in the lobby is not free, which is annoying.

Close to Cairo, just a 2 hour drive. Multiple restaurants inside the premises, makes it easy to buy something to eat when needed. A supermarket is inside the premises, very helpful and prices are decent there. Staff are friendly and the golf car drivers are nice.

The pool in the hotel is not big and clean enough. Also, the beach is not so great .

The food was good at the main restaurant. The staff was helpful and nice. The ròom was clean.

At the beginning, we weren’t treated as 3 persons, 2 grown up and 1 child. We missed extra towels, extra pilow extra chair for balcony. But the staff were very helpful and assisted immediately.

Uncomfortable furniture in the living room and stoney beach

Everything else was perfect, the staff, the location, reasonable prices, super market inside the resort, clean rooms, clean pool, etc.

breakfast was fair but don't have a lot of variety , electricity was off first day i check in till 7 PM when we had complain to Hotel Management they have offer us 1 night stay FOC

Breakfast didn’t have variety, no waffle or pan cake for the kids. Cars are not allowed although when we entered we found some cars, it should be allowed until we take the room and put our things then put the car in the parking for all the visitors not some of them.

The sea wasn't good and there were tides and this is something caused by nature, not good for the sea lovers ,,There are no water activities

Quiet and clean place generally , the breakfast was very good, the rooms are clean and spacious, a suitable place for recreation ^weekend by max not more for me^ , Nothing bothered me at all , good stuff .

**Facilities:** I would not recommend this hotel to electric car owners. Despite advertising an electric car charging station, none is available on the premises. This is particularly disappointing as the hotel has been awarded a Green Star certification, which implies the presence of such facilities. Moreover, the hotel does not permit charging electric cars through regular room outlets or even at the golf cart stations. We were unaware of this policy and attempted to charge through a room outlet, only to be contacted by the reception and instructed to disconnect immediately. The security staff also warned us to remove the cable or face legal action. It is perplexing how a Green Star certified hotel fails to provide the necessary electric car charging station, a standard requirement for such an accreditation. **Attached Photos:** The Green Star certificate displayed in the lobby, my car at Mousa Coast, and the services advertised by a Green Star hotel. --- We can provide names if needed

**Room Service:** Acceptable. The staff responded to issues with room facilities promptly. **Food:** Acceptable.
