Pool water was cold. Could have been heated.

This was our first ever all inclusive holiday. Best holiday ever! It was that good that we have already been thinking about going back. So much to do adults/kids. The staff were all amazing!. I would definitely recommend to anyone with children.

There are some fantastic activities during the day and night. This is my third time visiting the hotel, each year I find a plethora of new activities and upgrades. All staff members cooperate. Mr. Ahmed Eltohamy, who works in reception, is more than capable and helpful.

For sure the best hotel in the World for kids. Everything is just perfect. It exceeds any high level of expectation you might have. Hotel staff are very friendly and always concerned about guest wellbeing. We will be back for sure.

1- The surroundings of the resort need to be cleaned .It could be the reason for flies (mostly annoying during outdoor breakfast in the ground floor and sometimes in the room if you open the window ). 2- Working hours of the Aqua Park games from 10.00 -17.00 with 60/90 minutes break in the middle (could be extended ). 3- In day one asked to clean the room During the dinner (at 07.00 pm) nothing happened . Day two they were surprised that I need someone to clean the wet bathroom / bring towels (with 4 guests in the room taking showers ). 4- In day one asked around 10 PM for golf car to take me to room from the reception after waiting 30 Minutes with two Kids (the shuttle bus was late ) , the golf car driver was so reluctant and rude , and only accepted when I told him I will make complaint . I informed the reception but nothing happened . Staff need to be trained how to handle those situation with the guests .

Variety of games / activities / aqua park / theme park for both adults and children (you will Not get bored ). Good variety of food (different options during the day plus ice cream / waffle / drinks : all inclusive ) . Activities and animation team are good . In general good staff and good attitude with few exceptions .Heated pools and aqua parks . The resort is not beach front but you still have option to go Dana beach with shuttle bus .

Very ((very )) huge property, so many entertainment sectors.. water slides for all ages kids adults both can enjoy a family quality time together, I went there with my 2 daughters (( 12 years & 9 years)) we all had so much fun, so many activities during the day the animation team was fantastic,, restaurants all over the place, bars and snacks bars where ever you turn your face, so many seats and sun beds, so many pools all over the property, you won’t find any attraction crowded because there is so many to serve all guests… and the most important everything is very clean, slides.. stairs.. tables.. pools.. sunbeds .. even around plants everywhere is super clean We stayed 6 days we didn’t went out to see the city we didn’t had time 😅 we wanted to discover all the hotel but we didn’t finish it, we loved it and aure we are coming back

There were loads of restaurants and the food served on the whole was good, however I would have liked a bit more differentiation between the food served in each restaurant particularly at lunch time.

Rooms were really clean and all located around pools. Water park and other facilities were also clean and maintained to high standards. Endless amount of entertainment for children. Reception staff, particularly Eslam, were really helpful and genuinely wanted to make sure we were always happy!

The property is huge, and you have to walk a lot, amd its exhausting when ypu have kids
