The swimming pools were cold and did not have heaters, especially Aqua park pool, But the reservation Manger said that they are going to install the haters for pool next year

The staff was very helpful (Mr.Mohamed khalaf, Ms. Laila, Mr. Hassan, Mr Moustafa) The place is suitable for relaxation and tranquility There is a designated area for a photo session The food was nice as a taste but not quite diverse The reserved room was very strategic location to all services

Bit loud music at the property and on the beach. Small issues with shower, the water was not running properly, no shower curtain, so after shower water was everywhere and the floor got slippery.

Attentive staff, we got lunch and breakfast boxes when we were unable to attend them. Great variaty of food, BBQ for dinner. Good service at the beach, towels and sunbeds.

Breakfast could be better but that's the only thing I can think off.

Breakfast was ok, dinner was very nice tho. The animation team of the hotel were so friendly, do their jobs really well! Big thankyou to everyone who works here form the kind and friendly atmosphere. It felt a bit like home yo be honest.

Food temperatures were not always hot at breakfast. Bedding felt a little tired. Evening activities were a bit limited. No bar for nice evening drinks. The shisha cafe tried to charge us 12 USD for 3 coffees. That is not acceptable. Even in the marina a coffee is only 50le.

A lovely hotel that is not too big and busy but has everything that you need. Food was fresh and well presented with a good selection that suited people’s dietary needs. Facilities were excellent and the apartment style rooms were a great asset. The beach is very clean with comfortable sun loungers. Plenty of options for activities during the day. Water slides are great fun.

The room is large, but it's very old. For us, it's not a problem - we only sleep there. But if the room is important to you, make sure to arrange and see several at once to choose from. Because we had an old room.

1. The hotel exceeded all expectations. The sea is wonderful! The sandy entry is gradual and suitable for both children and adults. There are no rocks on the hotel beach, so swimming is comfortable. To the right and left, there are reefs and fish - when the tide is out, we collected seashells there. I recommend taking a mask and snorkel and exploring the underwater world to the left and right of the piers. 2.The food is excellent. Vegetables and fruits are always available, as well as a dietary menu (steamed chicken), meat, fish, and desserts. We were never hungry. 3.There's a mini zoo: ostriches, turtles, monkeys, deer - our child loved it. There's a large playground and a mini water park. We saw dolphins twice near the hotel's pier. You can go on a yacht excursion from the hotel, which is very convenient. There is entertainment both during the day and in the evening. 4. The staff - everyone is very friendly. They will always help, always give advice. And these are not fake smiles, but just a good attitude from the staff. At the reception, in the bars, in the restaurant, on the beach, with the gardeners, etc. - a huge thank you to everyone. For those who came to relax, not for noisy parties, the hotel is just perfect.

Furniture need to be innovated, beach is great but little bit small.

The owner is professional. Location is next to the west bank ferry. The hotel roof top for a nice view of the Nile and hot balloon .

A lovely resort, rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great, more than you could eat and good variety. Beach on the Red Sea was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and sea. New Years Eve's dinner was fabulous and more than expected. Wow, the staff went to so much effort! Would definitely stay here again.

the beach is small, the food selection could be more varied, but for this price is okey

The first experience already: we have got a higher roomcatergory free :) The whole personal. Everybody is very nice, friendly and helpful. Especially the animation team, the stuff of the bar and the restaurant. They are the soul of the hotel :) We could stay after the checkout time so long, how we needed. We have got also lunch in the last day.
