We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyWhen I booked, it was said the room had a balcony and it was King's room. However, the room had two single beds and no balcony. When I complained, I was told the windows were the balcony. There was no free wi-fi connection and to get wifi we were asked to pay 5 Euros for one hour.
The food was nice. The room was very clean. The stuff was very polite and kind.

Czech RepublicCommunication was horrible. We were once not told at all about the ship moving to another place and then about when we should meet for a guided tour. Almost missed it. We were also woken up once for no reason in the middle of the night by a room telephone. Very loud party called for using ear plugs else sleep was impossible. Some guides were chaotic and did not really give us enough time to explore.
Amazing experience in general. Very posh retro looking ship with delicious food and great tours.

MalaysiaMost staff were not so discreet in offering service and you feel pushed to give tips. The whole booking was rather chaotic with the dates I booked for accepted, even though the tour company did not operate on those days. We had to change our flights to accommodate the new schedule. The boat spent a long time docked and other boats blocked all the views We actually only sailed for two days The booking I made was all inclusive but I only got full board and my room had no balcony or bath tub despite this being stated It seems the booking I made is only through an agency and not directly to the cruise ship No soft drinks were included with meals except juice at breakfast All a bit disorganized and haphazard

AustraliaI didn't like being docked for a whole day, which could've been spent in other parts of Egypt. However, the cruise also passed a stop in Edfu which was quite disappointing but worked out to beneficial as we had a flight change cutting our trip early to leave Luxor to Cairo.
The chefs & waiters completely made the whole on board cruise experience pleasant, as well as exciting, they have a huge role to make & serve good food, as well as entertain. They were the highlight of the cruise alongside the beautiful Nile River.

GreeceBad schedule of the cruise. We checked in Wednesday morning in Aswan and the actual cruise began Thursday noon at 15.00. We visited the temples always late afternoon with no natural light. We spent less than a day in luxor which is the most important sight of all. We didn't have enough time for the very important Karnak temple because it was closing at 18.00. The problem is that this information is very difficult to find it prior to the actual book so that you can make the best programming of your hole trip in Egypt. At least that was my experience.
Nice and clean. Plenty of food for every taste.

IcelandThe Internet was not working as promished nor the tv was not working the whole trip. The breakfast was to early and just for one hour. Misleading info from the staff who were willing to do anything but didn't have the simple info to give us.the wc rooms in the boat need to be fixed because of whater on floors. Could do better in cleaning in many ways and look under the beds while they are cleaning.
The foot was delicious and the service in the restaurant and on the bar where superb. Other staff was also amazing and and willing to do everything. We liked the balconyroom in many ways. The beds, the other furnitures and the lights

GermanyThis booking is not the boat itself but a travel agency which is confusing. My tour guide was on a different boat and one time did not arrive in time for the tour. The entertainment on the boat is just a terrible disco rather than something cultural and the loud bass disturbs you until a little after midnight, which is an issue because many of the tours begin at 4am. The food wasn't very Egyptian. The walls are very thin, and on the last night I was disturbed by the guests next door talking loudly til very late at night, although in the end the manager did intervene to make them quiet. I paid 10 dollars for free internet on the first day and it lasted less than 24 hours even though I hardly used it [I think may be I was given a half-used one as the next 10 dollars lasted three days with much more use and hadn't run out by the time I left]. The internet reception was poor.
The staff for both this company and on the boat itself were polite and helpful. The food was plentiful and nice. The ship was attractive. The room very comfortable and well equipped. The TV had English language movie channels. The tour guide that this company provided me [not the boat itself, they are not the same] was excellent and extremely helpful, going out of his way to help me when I was a little sick or when the trains to Cairo were cancelled. When the tour guide failed to arrive due to his boat being delayed, this travel company compensated me well for the lost tour. Overall a very good experience.

AlgeriaOnce I booked the stay, I was contacted on Booking with a proposition of tour and airport pick-up. This was a big scam ! After I paid the requested amount, I was abondoned by the "agency". It refused to organize pick-up at departure and arrival, and organised a very very limited tour of Louxor... All my complains kept without answer. It is shameful that Booking authorizes such behaviours...

United StatesWe did get everything in on tour. Boat people were helpful and maybe the only reason we got the last day was because they called them as to why they didn't show the night before. Boat to get overhaul in 3 weeks is my understanding, it needs it.
The boat was ok. The tourer company was horrible at communicating. At best they gave you time for pickup next trip. At worse didn't show, then say we do all that tomorrow, which they did. Food was just. bad, nothing fresh. Breads, cereal, dessert all stale.

AustraliaWe only sailed for two days and largely at night which was disappointing. The agency was unresponsive and took zero accountability over misinformation and the wrong room. Then when we battled for the better room we had booked… absolutely everyone took responsibility for our “upgrade”. There was no balcony and we were assured there were no balconies on any boat on all of the Nile… despite seeing many! The tour guides were nice but offered no value at all. Eventually we chose to explore on our own. Food was not great and no water was included.
The boat and the experience were pretty wonderful!

United StatesDid not provide any drinks even water. Had to purchase at 4 times the cost as the store. Also would not allow you to consume your own drinks or snacks on board. Don’t purchase your tours through them. And pay online as they overcharge you if paying by credit card.
The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful despite restrictions put upon them.
