Massage of men only by woman. I had once negative experience with a woman and prefer men. Choice should be possible. Also price is in EGP 1250 (about USD 25) or USD 60. It makes no sense and is fooling the guests.

After all reviews I was not sure about the hotel. However, I think its better than its reputation. Its very good for short stays due the short distance to the Airport. Room and in particular bathroom are good. Staff very friendly. Shuttle Bus works great.

The late check in after a long flight is just a nightmare. Waiting after 10 hours flight to get a room at 4 in the morning is just another level. But I understand that the hotel was and is always fully booked.

There was a DJ at the Swimming Pool and the music was too high. It might have been an exceptional event with Salsa and Bachata dancers.

Excellent Shuttle Service 24/24. Nice, well equipped room with a nice shower and good quality toiletries. A bar open 24/24 A beautiful swimming pool and good food. English and French TV channels.

The sign at the road entrance is much too small for taxis to see and virtually invisible at night as it us not lit. More often than not uber cars miss the entrance and cancel the ride because of the one way road system. The wifi is a little iffy in the car area.

Its location is handy for most things except perhaps going to Giza. It is secure and wwll maintaind.

The whole hotel looked quite dated with the rooms and bathrooms although very clean were quite dark due to the dated decore and poor lighting.

Very convenient location to the airport. Great to have the free shuttle running to and from the airport. Quiet location despite being in a very busy area between the airport terminals. Good buffet dinner.

Shuttle bus from airport not easy to locate (had to take a taxi). Uneven level of staff (some professional, other not at all). Common areas in need of some maintenance. Loud music at night. Definitely overpriced.

Hotel of the chain next to the airport with modern, clean room. Quick reception and friendly barman. Good breakfast.

We literally only stayed for 7 hours after arriving in on a late flight an catching an early flight. Didn't see much of the hotel but it was comfortable. A taxi ride away from the airport.

Staff are so cold specially the receptionists. Also I can see managers yelling aloud to the employees urging them to clean which got me annoyed.

It was a bit confusing as i gave the right address to the driver but he ended up going to a different airport to pick me up. as i have an international number. I am called him 5 times before he comes and when he arrived. he reached to the wrong airport. i was in Arrival terminal 3 OLD airport. and he went to Arrival terminal 3 NEW airport. he reached and waited 20 mins and did not call or even miss call me so I could call him back. until he did and i called him again. he said he needed another 10-15 mins more. so all this was 3am in the morning and i ended up in my room at 4:30am because of the airport shuttle bus..
