How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything in this hotel met our expectation. Food was very tasty, room was very clean. House keeper was always smiling and was very nice 😊 Common area is extremely beautiful and coral reef full of life. Really there are no weak points unless you expect european hilton-style 5 stars.

I think few things could be further improved: - there are too many sales men on at the beach every day, most of them are very nice, but it gets a bit annoying if you just want to relax and enjoy your holiday. Also considering the Egyptian average cost of living, everything is very expensive. - the snack bar is a nice option if you want to enjoy the beach all day, or want an afternoon snack, however it could offer some lighter options - they mainly serve hot dog, hamburger and pizza - the airport transfer option they have available for their guests is quite expensive, we paid half of the price arranging the service privately and still got a great service
Great stay for family vacation! The Resort is very close to Marsa Alam airport, which is a great option to avoid a long drive to your hotel. It has everything you need and the staff is always available and nice, especially with kids! If you want to explore a little bit around by walk, there are other bars and restaurants available within a short walk to the marina, as well as a diving center and other shops. All the facilities were always clean and well maintained, including the swimming pool and the beach. The room gets cleaned every morning and fresh fruit and water were available, as well as toiletries. The kids club is very welcoming, even if we couldn't leave our son there as he is less than 4yo, we could anyway have access to the club and toys, and the staff was engaging with him. The restaurants included in the all inclusive option have a large buffet offering a variety of food. In general food is very tasty and a bit heavy, but there are also a big salad bar and healthy station for more lighter options. Our son loved the kids dancing animation after dinner, he is a bit shy but the animation staff was able to get him involved - at least most of the time! The coral barrier is amazing and snorkeling is available directly from the resort beach. Other snorkeling/diving options are offered by the tour operators and the diving center operating at the resort - their sales men normally walk on the beach every day to sell their offerings to guests.

Lunch and dinner buffet included many varieties but taste were not great Seafood restaurant very bad donot recommend RESTAURANT AND BARS young service providers are very polite and shy need to be trained to comminucate and be a bit friendly like the older exprienced ones
