The personnel were not nice, the restaurant host after 20 days of my stay would never answer my greeting, not very friendly; The waiters at the restaurant very welcoming. I know the mini market located at the entrance of the hotel is independent from the hotel management, nevertheless is a complete scam, they overcharge 10 times more the real prices of the goods, a can of coke which would normally cost 20 they charged me 60, potato chips which are normally 5 pounds they charged me 50, unfortunatelly you have to end paying whatever they charge because there is no other place around!

The Deluxe Rooms are very nice, brand new, very comfortable beds, good design.

No internet in the rooms. They did offer me another room but I had already unpacked and it wasn’t important enough for me to move.

The staff there were brilliant. A special mention to Ahmed on reception, Mina the accountant and Fadi in the restaurant.

I didn't like when the room service forgot to put new towels after cleaning the room and didn't put plastic cups which I had to call the reception to bring me cups of tea in my room, the beach size was so limited to swim, bitch size is small and I do have very small area to swim, they should have wide space for the beach, the hotel location is a little bit confusing as I was lost the first time when I arrived there, but anyway it wasn't so difficult.

I liked almost everything, mainly the staff there mister, kirollos, Khaled, Mohamed and also mister anna she was so nice and professional I liked the room location so much in front of the pool, The room size is good, clean and the bed is comfortable. I also liked the restaurant, the food was delicious and variable, the restaurant is so clean, and the staff were nice especially miss olga she is so nice. I also liked the beach although the location is a little bit far however they provide shuttle bus. I enjoyed the show that was made in the evening they brought a belly dancer and the Dg was amazing Mister hadeer ashraf in the pool is so nice.

some mosquitos were at nights which can be happen anywere swimming pool has to be renovated . you must be good bargainer with taxi drivers when you come back to hotel from city center .

breakfast was good . value and performance was ok. don't excpect so much things according your payment . naama bay 15 min by walk. you can take taxi on the main street more cheaper to reach beach. rooms are enough big.

we had some mosquitos after sunset. receptionist mr mahmoud was very helpfull staff and security person in parking area mr mohammed was friendly. hotel a little bit need renovation. but price / hotel performance was ok .

the location, its a remote area with no shoos near by. The man at the reception on tha last evening couldnt help us get dinner. Instead of helping, he asked us go to restaurant or bar to see the availability. I went to both the places but no one was there.
