There is nothing that I didn’t like.

First of all I want to start my comment about staff. The staff are super friendly and nice. From reception to bar, from restaurant to animation staff all sweet and kind. I leave with very good memories. It worthed every penny’s I have spent. Special thanks to bartender Mr Ahmed. Foods are clean, restaurants are clean. Hotel was much better than that I expected.

Everything was amazing, couldn’t ask more when it comes to hospitality and cleanliness. I want to express my appreciation for the great staff hospitality especially to MR Ahmed Adel for his kind support. I loved the hotel so much and definitely it is great gateway out of city stress life.

The local alcohol stocked in the bar is not very good.

The Manager Mohammad was very accommodating. He took a personal interest in the quality of our experience at this resort. When an issue arrived he mitigated it immediately. New hotels are bound to have small issues here and there it is all in how these challenges are met that makes the difference between a good hotel and a great hotel. Pick Albatross Laguna Club is a great hotel! Mahmed Ali was another stand out employee as well as Jana ( animation team member) both were very helpful during our stay!

Bad people see evil. There was nothing bad in this hotel

The location of the hotel was very nice. The beach was very beautiful and calm. The hotel's food was great, not too spicy. Every meal was of high quality, there was meat and fish almost every day. nader mahrous, mohammed homos, nader abozed and hamada are wonderful people. They are always smiling and asking if I want anything. The best thing about the hotel is that it is quiet because there are no children, it is peaceful. They also know how to entertain you with evening events.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The private balcony offered panoramic views of the Sea. It’s not something about the hotel, but we come from Greece so the food wasn’t good for us. We had several stomach problems after eating. I think that is not a hotel problem but generally in Egypt.

All was amazing

The most excellent and welcomed hotel in sharm al sheiek , actually the stuff was sooo helpful ( specially mustafa on tbe reception ) , the room service was awesome, once you order anything you’ll get at the same time , they took any comment and feedback back in a positive way and they always try hard to make you happy and satisfied, reception manager ( Mohamad ) was so decent and he was so close to make sure that our stay as we want

Every thing was awesome, you get everything you paid for and more. The hotel room was clean, nice, spacious and good decorated. All meals offered with a wide variety of food and good quantity. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Mr.Moustafa, Mr.Ibrahim who i remember, All staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Hotel is unique and combines between relaxation, tranquility and activities perfect for all categories and mentality. in case you like aqua park you have access to amazing aqua park in other side of hotel, also the beach is very nice.

Food could be better. Sometimes there wasn't enough variety in fruit choices, but overall it was good food choice.

Good staff, nice pools. Great atmosphere, nice that Pickalbatros has adult only resort because it's really quite and peaceful inside the Laguna Club Resort.

Nothing , all is more than perfect

We stayed in many hotels around the world , we never saw such hospitality Generosity and generosity like we saw in this amazing place from first day Mr Amged the General manger was so nice and helpful to find a nice parking for our Porsche , as well mr Mohamed Homos was so helpful and flixable and he was following up every day if we are happy . Also mr Wafaa from the bar was so nice , and the animation team all of them was nice and funny Shiko and the Russian lady thank you all for the great days we spent there you make us feel like we are home and even more , we recommend this hotel 100% if you want feel relax and enjoy your time , we will definitely come back soon .

In this hotel I’m really satisfied with everything,this place it was like heaven for me and my friends we really liked everything, i would like to special thanks to the front office team, Specially Mr:Mohamed FO Manager for everything he did to make our stay comfortable enjoyable, And of course the best receptionist ever Mostafa Magdy) he Is really professional and he is human) he always doing everything from his heart helping me with arrival and departure give his phone number and be in contact for any case really thanks a lot Mostafa,and I would like to thank Mohamed as well from the front office team , At the restaurant you will meet the Guy calls (HASAN )he will be always smiling and asking you all the time what drink you would like to have really thank him so much, At the bar you will meet (Ahmed Ramzy) he is always ready for to get lovey drink to make your evening wonderful, The guy who he cleaned our room he was just an amazing person very attitude and every day at the time will clean our room, From the animation team IANA ,Sheko,mandi Everyone was special I really can’t remember all names so I would thank everyone who max our stay wonderful ❤️ Thank you we will be back definitely
