Check-in was a breeze and well handled. Food quality was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was clean and well maintained. The Jacuzzi pool was great

Sometimes the reception didn’t answer the phone, despite calling multiple times, however when they did answer they were very helpful. Also a lot of shops at the resort were closed due to us going out of peak season which we didn’t know.

The breakfast was good, and dinner had some good elements. We are fussy eaters especially my children, so when we spoke to the head chef (Nasser) he was extra accommodating. On the first night we arrived after all the other guests had finished dinner and they were tidying up, we came and asked for some desserts - he welcomed us and got all the desserts they had- he made up special plates for us. The next day he made special food for my children- despite it being a busy buffet - he took special care of us like family. Thank you Nasser.

Due to off peak season we were looking forward to using indoor pool but it wasn’t heated, the water was extremely cold. This was disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work

We visited the hotel in march, unfortunately it wasn’t peak season so everything was closed around the hotel, the pools were empty and seems they were preparing for summer season. The food was limited options but very good quality and staff were extremely friendly. They catered well for Ramadan food timings. One of our rooms was upgraded, the family room was perfect for a family with kids. Very spacious, lovely sea view and balcony. The surrounding area looks like it would very nice in peak season as many shops and restaurants and the marina. There is also a small funfair. It was a shame it’s all closed during this time of year. We are definitely looking forward to returning in peak season. There is a nice play area for kids too. The beach area for the hotel is lovely but it’s not the same waters as the main north coast sea.

its not the summer season so the upkeep of the resort is not top notch, things can use a touch up. The breakfast and dinner were not that great at the main restaurants and the variety was limited most likely also due to low occupancy. It's best if the restort takes time during low season ensuring all rooms are deep cleaned, nothing is broken needing repair.

Smooth check in process, thanks to Eman and Noor at the front desk. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful sea view. staff are excellent, good location near the beach. Since its not high season, most all shops on the restort grounds were closed at this time but that was expected.

The touristic season is ended, so we can’t visit the big opened beach, drive the yacht. The bath and the balcony in the room cleaned badly….

Cleaning was poor in the room, litter around the resort, beach doesn't get cleaned daily, beach toilet was filthy. Electric cables and wires on the ground covered with plastic bag not safe for little children and a massive H&S concern.

Location was great, staff are wonderful, room was spacious.
