The staff was extra helpful and friendly..We were offered an upgrade to a “private pool + jacuzzi” suit plus so many privileges because we were on our honeymoon trip.They were also flexible with the check in and check out hours.Also, we were offered a free pick up and drop off to the airport which saved us the hassle of transportation. I strongly recommend the resort to newly weds and couples.

United KingdomThere was nothing not to like here we were very happy. However, I have a couple of suggestions that would make it even better. As a guest who does not eat red meat it was sometimes difficult to tell if meat was part of the dish, especially with some of the beautifully creative starters that only revealed meat content once you had cut it open and tried it. A simple meat symbol where meat is included would do the trick. Also, the towel cards are exactly the same as the room keys but with towel written in faint print making it easy to leave the room with the wrong key! A different colour would be most helpful.
The staff were outstanding; a balanced blend of being very professional and highly trained but friendly as well. A special mention to Ibrahim on reception who sorted out my booking issues so cleverly. We ate in three of the themed restaurants as well as the main buffet area; all of the food was good and varied enough to suit everyone. The waiting staff were particularly hard working. The evening entertainment was bought in professionals of a good standard which was appreciated. The spa was also high standard.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, the variety in the food and a la carte restaurant was incredible with very fast and fresh serve, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Very clean, very hospitable staff. Food at main restaurant was good with a different theme every night and the other restaurants were great so alot of options! Very clean pool areas and beach, always available to help and offer drinks. Room itself was great and made up upon request and reception desk always available to accommodate. There were shops in the hotel too which were great for snacks and last minute buys aswell. Entertainment was great when having your evening meal , overall a very relaxing holiday and the hotel and staff made the experience even more exceptional , highly recommend!

United Arab EmiratesAfter the Wellness massage treatment, I felt severe pain in my back, which forced me to go to the clinic for some tests. I received the treatment, and the next day I went to them and they advised me to take 20 minutes for the therapy. The pain was severe, as there was a tumor in the muscle that required other treatment as advised by the therapist, but I could not go because the next day was my check out date. I recommend having someone experienced in each treatment who knows the treatment technique to avoid this happening again to anyone.
The hotel food was good. The staff are very eager to get you anything you may want to eat at any point during your visit BBIG THANKS to Hashim and Najla .Location is perfect in the middle of center. The room it’s clean and spacious. The front desk staff are very friendly,courteous and helpful. I would like to thank all the team! Specialy thanks to Ibrahim for his Incredible performance and effort, Jenny for her amazing assistance and the gards that were always assinting with a smile.

SwitzerlandAt the beach there is people from agencies that come to sell you packages obviously overpriced and keep bothering you during your whole stay. They dont take a no for a no. At the beach they even provide you a red fleg to expose on the umbrella to not be bothered during your tanning but it has no effect. They stopped every single day trying to convince us and some were even catcalling my lady, couldn’t even let her at the beach alone without her being worried.

GermanyThe room we got at the beginning didn’t have the view we were expecting. It was pretty disappointing, but after speaking to the receptionist he quickly found us another room where we were very comfortable and happy! There was a bit of pressure from one of the workers in regards to booking extra activities, but the others were very nice and respectful and did not cause any pressure at all.
The beach and swimming pools were perfect. The food was great, and there was variety and it changes every day. The activities such as snorkelling were very fun ( we recommend Ramadan as a guide). The workers were very helpful and were always attentive to us and all the other guests in the hotel. A special thanks to the waiters who were so kind and patient (especially Roselyn, she was the best)

ItalyThe A/C in the room was not working properly even after a request to fix it and it was quite noisy. The wifi speed is too low, which could be fixed nowadays with starlink; signal on the beach is too weak. Overall, the rooms need some fixing since several appliances are not mounted well or need in general some fixing. In general the room needs more dusting.
The food offering is amazing and of very high quality. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The beach is perfect, with clean water and sand and a lot of space between guests. Very confortable bed and sheets

SwitzerlandThe buffet restaurant has a large choise but not enough local food. A lot of European food which is really not great. There should be more local food which the local chefs certainly would cook very well. The buffet should propose oriental food every day and keep just a small international food corner with pasta and maybe 2 other things for those who need it. The dishes at the indian restaurant didn’t taste indian at all, whereas the libanese was very nice. Unfortunately it was not possible to book more than 2 dîners at the restaurants during our 1 week stay.
It is the nicest beach in the bay, sandy, clean, enough space, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. The Deluxe rooms with sea view have a really nice view, are spacious, bed is very comfotable, calm. Excellent massages in the spa. Employees all over the hotel are very kind.

United KingdomIf I was being picky I would say the coffee and wine service in the buffet restaurant could be a little slow on some occasions. Would definitely benefit from a coffee machine and some self service wine and beer at dinner and lunch.
The room was lovely with everything you would need and spotlessly clean. The hotel was great. There were 2 pool areas and a lovely beach, all with comfy sunbeds and a great drinks service. For us the best thing was the food which was fantastic. The buffet restaurant had one of the best selections we have ever had and we enjoyed every meal. The specialist restaurants were also lovely if you fancy a change. Evening entertainment was mainly singers who were mostly very professional with a small dancing type show a couple of times per week. We are already planning our return visit.

United KingdomWish we could have stayed longer. The Jacuzzi must be operated by staff there’s no clear instructions to fill it or drain it.
The luxury of this hotel and the clear waters on the beach were really incredible. We were upgraded to the Jacuzzi suite which is worth every single penny. We will be booking the Jacuzzi suite instead next time. The food has a good variety although we didn’t get to try the a la carte restaurants. Staff like Mohammed at the front desk made our stay so amazing and we laughed so much with all the staff. The location is about 30 minutes from the airport so you will need a transfer or taxi, however Sahl Haseesh itself is a very upmarket part of Hurgadah. There are two pools including a rooftop pool and there is entertainment every evening. There is so much culture and art to absorb in the hotel and around Sahl Haseesh itself.

United KingdomThe location does make it a little difficult to leave. The taxi service on the resort tried to charge us €30 to go to Hurghada, which we refused as we got an Uber to the resort for only €3 (we were charged in Egyptian pounds). All activities charged us extra for pick up and drop off in Sahl Haseesh, which was a little inconvenient.
Decor is amazing, beach is beautiful, and the soft music in reception is a lovely extra touch. Staff are very friendly too.
