Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RussiaThere is nothing to eat for breakfast. The choice is small. Only omlet is good. Sausages and beans were terrible, sorry to say. Wi-Fi area only near reception area. Never worked in the room so had to use my home internet for work.
Our rooms were quiet big and cleen (just you need to ask for renovated room if available). The territory of the hotel is quet green and big, nice lobby area and you have place with bars, large swimming pool.

United KingdomThe dinner choice was poor, with either a buffet which I am always nervous of, if the hotel is empty, as it was at the time of my stay . or pizza, which I didn't want. wine selection was limited but the red wine I was given was good . The sliding doors in the bedroom didn't close properly which meant I could hear the constant noise from near by Cairo ring road

CyprusRoom was so recently renovated that it had a slight scent of paint. Very old aluminum windows and a loads of paint drips on the surfaces of the glass. Tub sign for cold and hot water placed oppositely. At the end of the day, minor issues that wouldn't affect anyone's stay.
Very quiet, tidy and freshly renovated rooms. More than adequate cleaning on a daily basis and all common areas very clean and neat. Very helpful and polite staff. Given the cost of my stay it has exceptional value for money.
