    Unfortunately, I cannot attach more photos to illustrate how unsatisfactory these apartments are. • Right from the start, the broker arrived late, and we entered the first apartment around 2:30 pm because it took them a long time to check in. • I wanted to pay with my card, but he informed me that I had to pay only in cash! Having to carry cash in 2024 was inconvenient. In the end, we had to ask our friends in Egypt, who have current accounts, to send the money with Vodafone Cash, a service we don't have access to since we don't live in Egypt. If you're not Egyptian, beware that you must pay only in cash! • They asked us to pay 200 L.E. for the fifth person, despite already having paid through booking.com. We were required to pay this additional amount for the fifth person without any clear reason. • At 2:30 pm, the apartment wasn't ready yet, and we had to wait outside while they were still cleaning. The bathrooms had a foul odor, there was no sofa bed as advertised, only a normal sofa, and overall, the apartment was subpar. (I have a video showcasing the conditions.) • After requesting to change apartments, we were transferred to one that initially appeared nice. However, upon transfer, we discovered numerous cockroaches, and the shower was in poor condition as seen in the photos. I contacted the communication number provided by booking.com, and Mr. Youssef responded. Although he was kind, kindness alone was insufficient in these circumstances. I requested either another apartment or a late check-out, as it was already 5:00 pm and our holiday had yet to begin. He stated he could only accommodate one of the two requests, so we opted to change apartments. The broker showed my husband some options, and they agreed on one. However, shortly after, he called to inform us that the apartment was not available. This was incredibly frustrating! Why show us an apartment if it's not available?
