We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Beautiful location in front of the river and just few steps away from the market area. Beds are comfortable, ac worked well, kind staff, a classic style hotel with beautiful terrace area in front of Nile river for fresh evenings. The style of separate units in front of the gardens it is very nice, better than modern big buildings. Feels more authentic

United StatesUpkeep for such a great architecture is hard without a 5-star budget, and that's noticible in the upkeep of furniture in the room etc. However, the quality of stay was not particularly impacted by the age of furniture items, or the lack of cosmetic maintenance of the interiors of the rooms.
Fantastic Nile-facing dining area for breakfast. Felucca ride was just a few steps away. Downtown area is super happening, even past Midnight/1am. Loved the vibe just 5min walk from the hotel. Loads of food and drinks to choose from and enjoy a night out in town. No weird behavior from people on the streets, something we had encountered in Luxor.

EgyptBooking didn't change dates saved as required, which caused some confusion while arriving, but the hotel handled the issue. The pool needs heater during winter time. Furniture in my kids' room needs to be renovated, especially mattresses. My room hasn't a chair.
The view is amazing on the nile, and the location is close to so many destinations in Aswan city. The food is nice, various and delicious. Rooms have a nice external design. Service is so good and quick response.

LithuaniaRoom is small enough. Lack of places to put belongs, loose electric sockets, leaking water closet. Cleaning isn‘t very good: dirty floor and tables in the restaurant. Hotel propose parking, but I can‘t recommend to use it – very small and unhandy. I left the car there only one night and two nights leave it in the streets next to hotel.
Hotel looks better then I thought by reviews. Yes, it has many small kinks, but it is very usual in comparing with other Egypt hotels. Very central location with great Nile views. Next to busy road, but transportation noise is minimal in the room. Very close to pedestrian shopping street Saad Zaghloul with many shops, restaurants, bazaars. Sailing boats feluccas and motorboats piers are very close. Hotel‘s territory is well maintained, nice gardens around. Very good and various breakfast, dinner you can find better in the city. Staff is very polite, friendly and ready to help. Very comfortable beds, clean bed linen, towels, big and handy shower cabin.

The staff at this hotel is GREAT! Reham in guest services and Sherrif in the restaurant are standouts. Would recommend just based on the staff and location. There is plenty of HOT water!

Great for sunset views from the lounge/ pool areas. The hotel offered a free sunset boat trip, (optional drinks payable). We liked the area for walks along the Corniche and the large souk market. Good wifi
