Beginning at about 10:00 and lasting throughout the day there is a constant, loud thumping music that is very annoying. Several of the young men who work in the dining room are rude and disrespectful acting annoyed when I told them they had run out of spoons for the cereal in the morning and then saying I had to wait 5 minutes for a spoon.

The beach and pool locations were very accomodating since I was there to meet with good friends and share experiences. The food and dining experience was adequate. Ali, the person who cleaned my room was very thorough and helpful.

Food is a joke and extremely poor, you should consider having at least a meal everday outside. Facilities need maintenance. I would avoid massage there. In general, it is what you are paying for but somehow with low value for money.

Locationa and facilities are good but some need maintenance. Some staff are cheerful but most appear depressed. I would go for it as a bed and breakfast, but not as all inclusive.

The food is eatable but it's not good and there is no variety, also in the dinner they give you very small quantities of protein whether it's fatty meat or fish but they don't provide chicken, if you want to check in this hotel, only get breakfast because the dinner is not that good, you should eat somewhere else at a restaurant or something it would be so much better than their food, the beach was very rocky, not Sandy, also the beach was very far from our room because the resort is really big, there were mosquitoes everywhere, there were like 20 mosquitoes in our room we couldn't get sleep because of them, when we asked for raid they told us they will get us someone to spray the room but no one came.

There is no kettle in the room but when we asked the reception they put a kettle with coffee in the room thanks to Mr. Ibrahim he was very nice and very helpful, also the hotel is very big and the room is very comfy with a good view, however it was very far from the sea, the animation team was very entertaining, and the resort location is in the city center which is a very good location, I wouldn't check in there again tbh, because I believe there are better resorts with better value for your money.

Staff prefers foreigners above Egyptian. That is clear in food distribution and day to day treatment although I am sure that what I paid exceeds what they pay for similar reservation conditions

staff was rude and not helpful. the room was run down proper smelt like day old trash rooms were not cleaned. chairs in room was torn, bath room door rotting. the fridge was dirty and not working. chair in room was torn and had stains that look like blood. toilet wasn't working and they didn't want to give me another stay
