We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenVery nice big and comfortable room with beautiful seaview from the terrace. Very good food and I liked the big pool suitable for swimming. The beaches were nice. Easy to get into the water although it was windy. To windy to swim outside the reef. My room was quiet. Nice restaurants.

We were upgraded to a partial sea view room, for the same price. Hotel decor is very good, same theme in the reception, restaurants and rooms. Beach is spacious and very clean. Hotel service staff were more than excellent, specially at the restaurant. Food was amazing, very delicious and everyday, the menu is different. Overall, a wonderful experience

GermanyThe Resort is a bit further away from the city, so if you need anything, you have to get it at the handful of shops in the entrance area. I was very disappointed by them, because there are no price tags and they sell their (china) goods for absurd prizes, because Egyptians apparently always haggle. I ended up buying some cheap sunglasses and sunspray for about 35€. That made me feel cheated and not valued as a customer. I feel like a high-class resort should stick to western standards and just put fair price tags on the goods. Also, we were approached multiple times by all kinds of people walking around the resort trying to sell beauty treatments or day-tour activities. They are VERY persistent and even thought I said NO multiple times, they only leave when you get slightly unfriendly. If I book a room at the Radisson resort, I want to be left alone. Those people also don’t have fixed prices and EVERYONE always offers a „special price just for you“, which will still be way too expensive. The only Window in our room did not open. So it felt a bit stuffy in there sometimes.
The aesthetic of the Resort is stunning. Especially during sunset-time the colors are beautiful. Everything is very clean, we felt like we were in a dream of 1001 Nights. The staff was helpful at all times, our rooms were clean, everything was well maintained and we enjoyed the variety of foods. The buffet always has at least one corner with local Egyptian foods we enjoyed a lot. We came mainly for diving and the staff at the diving center met all our needs and special requests. We always felt secure und got to see exceptional and beautiful underwater sites.

The beach was amazing for snorkeling even my 5 years old daughter loved it. The rooms were amazing and the view from the rooms were magnificent. The food varieties in all meals were good I loved the every day dinner different culture back ground. I definitely will visit this resort again to enjoy their extra ordinary hospitality. Special thanks to Mr. Assad Kenawy (Front Office Manager) for making my vacation an exceptional one, you made my stay in the resort a very special memory for me and my family hope to meet soon.

Switzerland90% of guests are package tourists, most from Germany and some Italians, we felt like in a bubble very deconnected from Egypt. The beach is not great for swimming for children since there are rocks everywhere which cut your feet. The town of Al Qeseir is rather depressing, beaches and corniche are littered and neglected, does not really offer alternative choices for food or coffee.
All buildings on the complex have very appealing architecture and interior design. Very well maintained outdoor areas, rooms are spotlessly clean. Excellent quality food.
