Make sure you don't let anyone to clean your room because I went to the restaurant in the morning I come back my room ws clean but my phone was missing. No cameras on the caradoor so security is very poor

-Delayed check-in (it took them 2 and half hours to check us in though stated time for check in is 2:00 pm. - Unprofessional receptionists dealing with angry tired arriving guests. - No one answers the hotel short number, it’s only an answering machine. - Dirty floors and dusty cupboards because the painters were just done renovating a big part of the hotel. - Flies in the reception area & restaurant - Limited options of food - Telephones are not working in rooms.

The hotel has great potentials for its location, spa, kitchen, animation team, but lacking the management to run it successfully. We enjoyed: - The animation team (thanks to Mr. khaled), Tanoora and folklore dancing - Sea view - tasty food - aqua park - nice beach, but a bit rocky (which requires caution & Cros or water shoes)

First thing the lobby was dusty the game room was not available nor the gift shop or the children’s play area there were no daily activities for guest children or adult it’s just the pool and access to the suez there was a jet boat which wasn’t worth the 250j for 10 mins if that The room they first tried to give us was so nasty that I didn’t even want to take a shower then after our room was changed we had no working phone to contact the front desk or room service they must have been doing renovations because have the rooms were incomplete and construction material was all over the entire 2nd and 3rd floor

The stuff is really nice and accommodating. The rooms were okay, decent beds, clean bathrooms. The pool and the water slides were great. The beach is amazing. Our stay came with all you can eat open buffet for breakfast and dinner; the food was really good with so many options to choose from. Overall all it was a decent stay, definitely good value for money.

Dirty rooms and. Shower was full of sand when we checked in, no hot water, no towels, no bottled water,,, no in room internet ..Hard to find the hotel due to road works and please be aware that entrance to this hotel is through Lasirena Hotel entrance, this is very important information that haven't been shared with the guests on a website, that made us drive around for long time because there are no any signs of Retal View Hotel

The only thing we enjoyed is the sea and Swimming pool and slides, life guard's of swimming pool very friendly and attentive. Receptionist Musa was very nice and professional. I was surprised, but dinner was really delicious with wide variety of food every day.

Not cleaning rooms on a daily basis , AC was not working properly and only on my last day of stay they changed the room for me, housekeeping never cleaned the room unless I asked them, the sheets were very dirty until i asked them to change, it took them a while to bring towels to the room. Staff are not professional on their job, they are friendly yes, but not professional.

The hotel itself and the furniture is quite old, it would be nice to renovate. The room was clean, but bathroom and swimming pool could be cleaner. Food was average. Water slides work just from 10 to 1 and from 3 to 5. Sea is shallow; I had to walk 50 meters for swimming. Overall the beach is nice.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Abdullah from the reservation department arranged a late dinner for us as we were arriving after 9 pm. Mr. Ahmed, front desk manager, and Mr. Mousa, front desk supervisor, made a check-in process fast and smooth. Restaurant personnel provided and warmed up dinner, specifically reserved for us. Mr.Kareem, the lifeguard from the swimming pool, does his job diligently, making sure guests feel convenient and happy. I would like to thank these staff members and wish them to be noticed and promoted. The water slides are safe, with no sharp connections. Beach is nice and sandy. Just there is 1 meter of stones at the beginning of the sea, and there is sand further.
