I did not like that every morning the employes at the beach reserve the best sunbeds for people that pay them! Also, there should be more than one vehicle that drives guests to the beach, as sometime (arround 9AM, 1 PM and 5PM) it was very crowded

Staff and waiters are trying to be polite, however they are not enough: They do jokes like “ No, sorry it’s too late we are close, oh just finished, no i cant bring it, and etc.” Black hamburger guy in the beach seems nervous, never smiles. Beach is crowded. Some facilities in the water park were out of service.

Facility is fabulous. It is big and inclined therefore there are ring services inside every 10mins. Foods are nice and yummy.

Hotel with great staff, very tasty food and great beach. The whole area of the hotel is very well kept clean and all staff is super friendly. Definitely recommend, especially for families.

I have the impression that in high season, when the resort if fully booked, it would be a big issue to find a spot a the beach (which is small compared to the size of the resort, which is massive), and the bars and restaurants will be overflowing with people. Probably this is the reason why they have so many swimming pools spread throughout the resort, and that they serve food and drinks 24/7 in one form or another. But we went in low season (april) and we had zero problems: there were always places available at the beach at any time of the day, and we always found plenty of seats and a quick service at bars and restaurants at any hour.

beach: the high point of the holiday. It is very easy to do snorkeling at the beach and see all king of marine life on the reef. I strongly recommend scuba diving too. Bar service at the beach was excellent. food: we liked the buffet, a mixture of Mediterranean dishes, lots of different options, plenty of vegetables room: very quiet aquapark: not very big, but plenty enough to keep my 10yo daughter busy for a couple of afternoon. There is also a part for smaller kids with smaller slides staff: super friendly and helpful other: the landscaping and gardening is very well done, it very pleasant to walk around the resort just to admire the plants

Soooo big you easily get lost without a map…which we only got on the 2nd day. More signs should be placed for easier orientation

Everything was perfect.

It's our 2nd time in this hotel and 3rd time in sharm el sheikh. We decided to stay again at this hotel because the beach and the sea is amazing ! The food is delicious and staff is super friendly . They always try to exceed your expectations and they actually do . Mohammed at the reception was very polite and helpful, we asked to change the room for the ground level and everything was done perfectly. The managers at the main restaurant are very friendly and they always remember our choice for coffee and fresh juice and make sure its ready for us. Just great as always, I'm sure we ll come back again there .

My first time in Egypt on a spontaneous trip and a jackpot straight away - an amazing hotel with a beautiful landscape set around low-rise buildings, which makes it look very cozy. A huge territory to wander around and enjoy various marvellous trees, plants and flowers. Swimming pools to make you happy in whatever mood you are: when you want to relax - dive in warm water of a heated pool, when you wanna feel like a swimming cup champion and ready for a work-out - jump into an olympic pool (30м), if you wanna have fun with your kids or teach them to swim - use any of the shallow pools and explore a great water park just across the reception. Amazing service by always smiling personnel. The cuisine is exquisite, some meals are better than in a Michelin restaurant. Freshly squeezed juices, very tasty coffee and tea, mind-blowing guava shakes, a wonderful breakfast to boost your energy and give you a happy smile for the whole day ahead, fantastic pizza straight from the oven, awesome dinners, a la carte restaurants to try food of different countries, delicious desserts - I can go on and on for another 2 pages) I really enjoyed the hotel spa, the theatre, the long sandy beach, getting acquainted with local Red Sea fish when snorkelling among corals, the sea water temperature was comfortable enough for a long swim. Its a pity we could not stayed longer. Thank you for your hospitality, friendliness and high quality of service.

Food after 4/5 days becomes repetitive, was anyway very gods (I’m Italian therefore for us food abroad is always a bit problematic 😀

Staff was very very kind and supportive. Everything super clean and the position on the beach is great. So many swimming pools (you can change every day) at different temperatures.

This is my second stay in Sentido. Happy to see some stuff still working there for years. All stuff were very welcoming and very professional. Special thanks to Vivian the relationship manager, and all stuff at Kababgi restaurant for the amazing authentic Egyptian style dinner we had there. Very happy to meet Medhat at the blue bar we missed his cocktails already. Thanks for Mohammed, the lifeguard for his outstanding attention all the time. The Italian animation team provided excellent shows.

Not one thing could have been better.

The staff was outstanding. They were kind, friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate, the food was wonderful, but it was the staff that made us want to return. The beach was perfect, the reef was the best we have ever seen, and cannot wait to return.

The rooms are a little dated but very clean

The property is huge and the Sentido shares facilities with the Reef Oasis. There are many pools and restaurants and the reef you can swim to from the jetty has some of the best snorkelling in the world. The staff are exceptional and cannot do enough for you to make your day perfect.

Staff is incredibly professional, caring and supportive. Everyone makes you feel home. Village is very beautiful with lots of areas and pools. Our 1.5 kid loved it. Food is great and beach amazing. The room equipmet is quite old. Power sockets locations are not convenient for charging the gadgets. The fridge was not cold. Safe box was not working well. Mosquitos were annoying. Drinks included in the AI are not good. Cocktails usually were very low in alcohol. Juices were too dilluted with water. White wine is "drinkable", red wine is not.

Very good hotel. Big with a very good maintained territory. Very good food (especially dinners). Nice clean beach. Impressive coral reef. Very friendly and attentive hotel staff. Spacious room with very good bathroom. The food was pretty impressive for Egypt (Italian, oriental, well prepared meat and chicken, fruits, relatively good seafood). Good coffee in all locations. Clean beach with very friendly staff. Local coral reef is one of the best in Sharm-el-Sheikh (you don't need to go anywhere else for snorkeling). Diving center is on the beach. Beach bar on Sentido side has very good variety of cocktails. Beer is good. Live music every evening in central bar. Animation for kids every evening. Aquapark is quite good. Thanks to all the hotel staff. They are really friendly and helpful. They speak a lot of languages (at least English, Russian, Italian). Special thanks to Mohamed Tohfa for being very helpful during the ckeck-out.
