The food is very basic and not very tasty, but this is typical for hotels in Sinai. In addition, it did not change or diversify throughout our stay at the hotel.

The food at the diner can be approved but still we found what to eat

We enjoyed very much from the rezort, the staff of the hotel were outstanding especialy: Boshoy, Muhamad,Ahmad,Midhat,Machmud,Muhamad Ali, alhusaine and Midhad from the blue bar. and if I forgot someone please forgive me, we felt like we are kings, every one in the hotel check all the time with us if we are O.K. and help us with everything that we asked. Thank you Sentido hotel , you are awsom!!! and of course the aqua park was fun

The hotel is amazing and so is the staff, who was helpful and thoughtful at all times. The food was wonderful and the beach that the resort has is for sure a great plus. Very warm, clear and blue! The beach bar has a pizza oven, delicious!

- Opening hours of pools, gym, aqua park etc could be extended. - The Italian restaurant was a flop. Avoid. - Not enough snack options outside of dining times. - No children activities like entertainers, dancing, crafts, painting, gymbory, playgrounds etc. - Recycling could be improved. - Bathrooms need a makeover. Room bathrooms felt a bit mouldy and rundown. - An espresso machine in the room would be nice. - TV options for non Arabic speakers are not enough. Netflix or a worthy alternative would be nice. - Healthy food options, allergy friendly, gluten free, vegan, non dairy milk etc can be improved. Food labels need more details. - Entertainment agents on the beach are bothersome (photo shop, diving tours etc).

Fantastic service. You can really tell everyone goes out of their way to help you and make your stay fantastic. The food is excellent with a wide range of local and western food to cater to everyone's taste, even vegan and vegetarians. There are fresh salads, fruits, breads, creative dishes with seafood, fish etc, tasty deserts, and more. Kids love the food as it includes chips, pastas, ice creams, and other early age favourites. Chef Ibrahim oversees the dining hall at all times, making sure everything looks and tastes amazing. Every day is a little different, so you don't feel tired of eating there. One day, we had sushi, real one with a Japanese chef serving it. The waiters will make you feel like a VIP. And even when there are many guests you'll still have an enjoyable experience. There are many swimming pools at the resort, and they're all well maintained, look clean, and without too much chlorine. They don't feel too busy and the water is heated, so you'll never want to get out! There are many lifeguards, at least one for every swimming pool and at the beach, and aqua park, of course. Feeling thirsty? A waiter will happily bring a beer straight to your sunbed! In the evening you can sit outside and enjoy live piano music. And the private beach... wow, it is sooo perfect. The water is amazingly clear, and gorgeous fish swim next to you. The sand is not messy while being nice to walk on . There's a jacuzzi overlooking the beach! There's a free shuttle to the beach and back every 10 minutes, which is perfect because that resort is huge! You will enjoy whether you come with friends, as a couple or with your little ones, because there are separate areas, and pools, for families with kids and for other guests. The aqua park is lovely, with two separate sections for adults and for kids. This is a godsend when you come with 4 or 6-year-olds.

I dind't like 2 things: first, i never saw a reception validate a birthday date from kids. So, because my son did 12 years old, one month before i had to pay an extra charge... we are not talking about years of diference... just one month... Second, animation team. There were 2 teams. VeraClub team that it was only for VeraClub guests (italian operator) and the International team. This one is very bad. They don't want to animate the guests. They just want to take pictures prooving that the schedule activities are being done... speacially, Nika and Olya. Abdulah was the only, from International animation team that did some effort and played with the guests trying to animate them.

All the facilities are very well keeped. There was a part that was on renovation with no impact on the guests. The best part it was the staff of the Sentido Beach. Ahmed from Sentido Beach Bar was absolutelly great. He do more than his responsabilities of the bar. He wants that every guest are happy and enjoy the hotel. He manage to anticipate our needs and sometimes, he bring us water even we didn't request... Also, from Sentido Beach Mohamed, life guard was great. Always helpeing and seen if we are enjoying the place. For sure, the 2 best employes from Sentido Oásis Resort!

It's hard to find sandy beaches in sharm as most using jetty , but we are lucky that this resort has sandy beach and you should also try the jetty , great snorkeling spots.

all in all, good experience. staff friendly and helpful. diving center nice but a bit expansive. food was great especially breakfast. the rooms might need more lighting. water park did not operate for the last two days and that was a disappointment.

Very friendly staff, always helpful and nice, room was really clean and the cleaning staff did a really good job every day, the pool in front the room was great also, the beach was PERFECT for snorkeling, one of the best spots I have ever been to, the staff on the beach especially Ahmad who gave us drinks was really nice. The slides were fun and suitable for all ages. Food was great! , there were a lot of options also there was something new and different every day, also a lot of restaurants to try!

Very nice and very comfortable hotel. All inclusive The room was very clean and big and air conditioned. A lot of swimming pools and restaurants. The aqua park is nice. The meals are special and tasty. Bravo chef. The staff is perfect, the service is fast and you got the VIP fillings. The beach is wonderful and filly equipped. Meals drinks, towels, jacuzzi, cold beers. The reef is amazing. I have only one complaint, some of the restaurants do not have air conditions, believe me it is not nice in hot weather.
