Facilities need renovation, catering is not the best, the quality of food and variety needs some work. Cleanliness.

Very great location near everything, the beach was exceptional, the pool is very nice, the staff specially Mr.Sayed were very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us with the available resources and went above and beyond.

it is a cheap hotel good for layovers maybe. Even if it is cheap cleaning should be the bare minimum... Its good, but would not really call it comfortable. The shower was actually pretty dirty.

The room is in terrible disrepair. Very dirty There is no ventilation. The area is in devastation. There is absolutely nothing to eat at breakfast. This is the first time I’ve come across that upon check-in you are not given any towels or toilet paper. At the reception they never gave me my dollars, they said I lost it myself. I do not advise anyone to even approach this hotel.

1.The food is very bad with the lowest quality and very small quantity, the food causes stomache. 2. The pool is not clean. 3.the service is very bad.I reserved all inclusive, there is no body in the bar to give me a cup of tea or anything to drink . 3.the beach of the hotel is very bad. 4.there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. In conclusion I will never visit that hotel again.

Firstly, overcharged, should have been £9+tax but charged £5 more..check your reservation at the desk before paying because it does not include the extras that is listed you should get...... The room was not habitable, broken doors. tiles, dangerous wires. dirty unmade bed, filthy fridge, plugs hanging of the walls, ceiling collapsing, bathroom check out the pictures, the room smelt very bad...I believe I must have been put in this room by mistake. No health and hygiene inspection would have passed this room. And what I saw of my neighbouring rooms they was similar condition so if you book avoid 709 block area.. ..I could not stay in this hotel it was so smelly dirty and unsafe..I.nearly walked into an empty swimming pool thinking ili was taking another step to another level down..very dangerous, no lighting ..

Reception staff, whom was saddened and ambarrased by my disappointment..I arrived at 11pm late evening as arranged, he was not aware of the conditions surrounding my given room and he did insist he could move me to a better place, but I chose to decline..so I give the staff credit since it was no fault theirs why the place was a disgrace..

The rooms are very bad the furniture is broken the mattress are very dirty there weren't toilets rolls or towels in the bathroom. Everything was disgusting . There are insects .
