It was the 5th time in 2 years here :) Everyone and everything was great! Hossam at the reception just made you feel home, Samy at the restaurant is super attentive. Everyone just so nice and kind, the animation super great, Mido was super involving!

Everyone was very nice, beach was super nice. They even let us stay till 3 pm in our room and let us eat dinner before it even started because we had flight later that day and had to leave early. Room cleaner Mohamed was very polite and our room was always very clean and the reception manager gave us room nice room next to the beach with great sea view. Waiters were all very nice and always smiling.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️❤️ Everything was perfect , It wasn't my first stay but it inspires me more and more everytime and exceeds my expectations. variety of restaurants , bars , pool bar and beach bar which serves all day whenever you need anything you get it , Snacks were perfect and fresh , Oriental and western deserts were amazing Food was super delicious and Tasty The beach was clean and it has various species of fish of different kinds which will inspire you of beautiful nature of Egypt. The Animation team is creative , has so many activites And so Many shows that pleased me during my stay THE STAFF WAS MORE THAN AMAZING , Helpful and respectful , They choose their staff perfectly. ESPECIALLY MR shehab who was responsible for our beautiful stay There, He gave us our wonderful room which we always stay In Even if it's not avaliable He managed to statisfy my neeeds MR Ahmed The Head chef Who Always has the best decisions and good food with Wonderful taste and huge variety every meal was of an amazing quality Even I asked for special food and he did it perfectly for me and go above my expectations. Beatiful Landscapes , wonderful view And peace of mind , The Hotel was so quite and Cozy.

We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Solymar and stayed there for one week. It’s amazing how much effort and work they put in everything to make their guests happy. The buffet is delicious, the rooms are clean and cozy, the whole staff is super friendly and welcoming and the animation Team with Kholoud, Temmy, Omar, Bob and all the others does a really great job with entertaining shows or just hanging out and having fun. Aisha & George and the team from the spa and massage did their best to make us relaxed and comfortable. Our house keepers Ahmed & Kemal we’re so friendly and helpful and made us smile everyday. Not to forget Amr, our khoya from the beach bar. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely come back to this beautiful place. Big Shukran to the whole team of Solymar - you really made our holiday perfect!

- Wifi not working or barely working but Ok if you buy a SIM Card you can make your own hotspot - Hotel staff knocking on the door at 9am after first night because of room service

- Nice all inclusive hotel to relax for a couple of days - Concept of plenty when it comes to food - Very good cocktails, e.g. I liked the Espresso Martini - Very friendly hotel staff (e.g. from waiters to bartenders)

Food verrrry delicious, staff are very polite and helpful, marine and the sea are adorable and the life guard is really reliable. It is part of Jaz chain. Best snorkeling destinations you would really visit.

We noticed that the majority of staff are men which was a bit odd. The majority of people there are Germans and other Europeans which leads to the staff addressing everyone in German. I guess it’s their target group.

My travel buddy arrived a day later in the late evening and they arranged to have some dinner delivered to the room. In General the food was okay, breakfast was definitely my favorite. The rooms were quiet and the AC was working which was much needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We mainly vise the hotel because they have a dive base as well.

This is not my first time at Solymar Reef Marsa, and I must admit, I would still go there again. - Reception team was very quick checking us in. Mr. Saad (the front office manager) went beyond his way to make our stay not only enjoyable but rather remarkable. - Mr. Samy, the restaurant manager, made sure that we got everything we needed. He was very professional and friendly.
