Everything was exceptional, the hotel is super clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Mr Saad the office manager was very helpful since we arrived, Chef Saleh was always around during all meals and ready to receive any feedback l, the food was super delicious and with many varieties. As Marsa Allam is a resort base city it is much important to have a good quality of food in the place you are in. All the staff were friendly and very attentive to any requests. The reefs by the hotel are amazing that we enjoyed snorkelling there and had the opportunity to see the dolphins swimming around. I would definitely go back there again .

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Excellent property, gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, wonderful, clean and high quality service also, Staff was very hospitable and was incredibly helpful there for every need of mine. Thank you so much, they really went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, specially chef Saleh and chef Ahmed in the main restaurant. Overall, I had a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting there.

The bathroom: we got toiletries only rarely and never hair shampoo. We got toilet paper replenished only when we asked for. The floor was often wet because water was coming up between the tiles and the repair did not help. The pools: two pools had only ladders to enter. Even the pool with the bar. They are difficult for old or handicapped people to go down. Stairs would be better.

The staff was absolutely superb, always smiling, ready to help. We are two elderly handicapped people and came with our grown-up granddaughters. They gave us rooms with fantastic location, near the main building, near to everything. The cleaner Ali was lovely and artistic, he made every day incredible "sculptures" from towels, once even a baby for our pregnant graddaughter. The food was fantastic. Great choice every day, everybody could find things for his/her taste. The whole resort is beautiful, clean and well kept including the beach. Modest snorkeling is possible directly from the beach, great one from the molo. Unfortunately the weather was windy, but this is not the fault of the staff. Our stay is unforgettable.

This resort has been the best resort I have ever stayed in. The staff, was by far amazing. There are no words to describe how at home I and my family had felt. I have a 16 month old baby and she is a picky eater, the chef and kitchen staff made accommodations and cooked certain dishes to her liking. My husband requested a few dishes he wanted to try and the next day at lunch time the chef had them all on display. Everyone including the chef, kitchen staff and hotel staff were constantly asking if we needed anything or any food, drinks, or towels. Food was excellent, they have a huge variety of food in their buffet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner AND snacks were just perfect. The hotel room, bathrooms and entire resort was super clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this resort. I am so pleased with our stay that I’d give this place not even a 5 stars but a 10 star rating. Thank you Solymar for this beautiful experience!

Solymar Reef Marsa is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The hotel is amazing, the beach is great, staff are awesome, rooms are clean, well-designed with a balcony and a nice sea view, in addition to a big variety of delicious food. Special thanks to Chef Saleh and Chef Belal, who were preparing special delicious meals for my daughter who is allergic to gluten and certain spices. I would also like to thank Mr. Saad, the Front Office Manager, Hany at the reception desk and Ahmed at the restaurant, they were all very friendly, polite and responding to any requests. The animation team was also great. Staff are behind the success of this hotel. We didn't want to leave Solymar Reef Marsa and plan to go back soon.

The staff was vey friendly and helpful. I would like to thanks Mr Saleh the kitchen chef who was preparing everyday delicious meals and desert. Also Sherif from lobby bar for amazing drinks. The beach is great and you can see variety of fish. You also can use any of Jaz hotels beaches which is good idea. Overall, it’s excellent hotel and i would recommend it for everyone.

Nothing to complain, but I would suggest to improve wi-fi and offer transfer from airport for independent guests for free or at reasonable price (cost of taxi for 7 km from the airport is just ridiculous!)

The room was different than the one I choose (either view or bed preference) . After some negotiations they gave us a room with right view but not bed preference.

All the staff are decent and polite. Location and using other beaches inside Jaz group is a great benefit.

Really friendly staff, I was at the hotel for 5 nights and everyone went out of their way to help. Beautiful reef by the beach, nice swimming pools, really good and varied buffet and there's a diving center too. So special thanks to Mahir for being so kind and thoughtful and surely I will be back! 10 out of 10

there was nothing to hate about the place, i just didn't see the animation team for the 4 days i stayed in.

i liked the place very much, the sea was amazing, the pool was good, the staff was very polite and welcoming and even helped us upgrade to bigger room, the food was perfect (many varities every meal) the room was clean all the time and the towels were always fresh, hot water avalibale 24 hours, the snorkling was amazing, there was a billiard table, ping-pong anf fuzball table for free, i had an exceptional vacation definitely will go back.
