We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

That it had amazing facilities, the food in the restaurants was exceptional and the staff were really polite. The place was very relaxing despite it being fully booked.

Egypt- Although my booking was a family room for 2 adults and children 4yrs and 10 yes , which thier ages were mentioned in my booking details, the reception agent denied that, and said booking.com didn't inform them and he would accept my family members number as a gesture from the hotel!! Which were not acceptable because I am sure that i choose a family room to fit our family members. - horrible and very late check-in Although i explained i have my mom with me and she is an old lady but they didn't care. Then they took us with an awful disappointing room, and after i many requests and calls with receptionist they upgrade my booking and transferred me to twin villa, they were very slow, this process took from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm -the food was various but tastless, and the Turkish section in the main restaurant" turquoise " was very bad -glasses and dishes in the main restaurant had a very bad smell and wet because they didn't wait till they dry.
The hotel is extremely clean Facilities are great The twin villas have an amazing view with a very nice swimming pool They have a photography service wich will capture all your amazing moments

AustraliaThe paid activities are so over priced. PIRATES quoted $125 USD p.p for the glass bottom boat, 2hr activity and the hotel quoted $50 USD for a car to take us in to town. We got an Uber for 44 EGP (approximately $1.50USD) and the same activity from a tourist office in town was 800 EGP for 2 people (approximately $27USD). Do they really think we are that stupid?!!!

BelgiumAmazing trip with my family. We had a room which was a bit far from the beach and pools, we asked to change rooms and got upgraded to an amazing pool Villa. All the staff is very friendly and always try to do their best to help you out! The spa is lovely with amazing women providing the best relaxing massages. Special shout-out to Fatih from Lalezar restaurant in the hotel, which is definitely the best restaurant from the others, for the amazing service provided and special attentions! Would highly recommend for a resting family holiday! Special thanks to Mr Mohamed for the housekeeping of Villa 6003 and special thanks to Mr Mohamed from the reception team!
