The property is beautiful, amazing pools, gardens and the beach is great. Food was great and our room was excellent.

Nothing at all. It was an amazing family holiday left feeling very happy & satisfied.

Such a lovely resort and it was so clean everywhere including all the public toilets etc. The staff were absolutely amazing always a smile on their face & nothing was ever too much. 5* customer service they just want you to be happy & comfortable at all times. We went all inclusive and it was well worth the money, Plenty of restaurants and variety of food for each meal. Snacks were available at the beach cafe and many bars dotted around the resort serving all kind of drinks & ice creams etc. So many pools to choose from they have a kids mini aqua park and adults one too. Evening entertainment was ok. Took advantage of the Spa offer, gave us a good deal on a package of 4 massages. The massages were really good the beat iv had in a long while they go the extra mile in everything they do.

My daughter and I spent Sham El-Neseim break there and we enjoyed our stay very much. The room looked recently renovated and it was very spacious and clean. We booked an All-inclusive stay and it was a great choice. There's a huge variety of food with several cuisines to choose from. The quality of food is also good. The night shows were really nice, there was a Cuban show, a belly dancer and a White party. The resort is relatively big with an aqua park for adults and another one at the children's pool. The only downside of the location is the tide, in the morning the sea was almost dry near the shore, and in order to enjoy a good swim we had to walk a fairly long distance on the bridge. However in the afternoon the sea level rose at the shore but the water is very very shallow which makes it very safe for younger children and infants. I recommend this hotel for families.

Excellent location not far from airport. Well maintained. We got upgraded to family suit which was amazing, 2 big rooms with one separate walk in closet. Booking.com had privilege we got late checkout added for free. Staff is very friendly and will always greet you and feel you comfortable. We chose this hotel as I have been here before (10 yrs ago). Hotel has been refurbished & modernised since then. Water park is good with good range of slides, not too kiddish & not to big to walk up. Restaurant food is good. Similar to other 5 star resorts. Good thing I liked about restaurants was that all buffet restaurants ate connected so you can sit anywhere and eat food from any of them. That’s what we did, kids could get their own pizza made from Italian while we enjoy grill from tagline. Another great thing about the hotel is the beach, with little ones you can snorkel in shallow part and still see lots of coloured fishes. Today is last day of our holiday. I haven’t managed to snorkel in the deep yet because of strong winds but I have done it before and it is just amazing, better that waisting a.day to go on a trip. The deeper end at the end of jetty is better than sharks bay in my opinion. Weather permits (it looks like sea will be calmer later on today I plan to snorkel today :) Overall very satisfied and kids loved it too. Will definitely visit again and booking.com extra privilege is definitely with it

Everything was perfect!

A wonderful week was for our family. Helpful kind, staff also the reception and the restaurants, and near the pool... Programs every day for the children too. The room was clean, spaceous, nice, good air condition, room cleaning and service was exellent, every day. The food was very various and good tasty, well served. The food was more tasty than in Europe.... The hotel is big, it has an own way out to the sea and private beach. Wifi was ok. Good tempered pools, sides were exciting. We had a week relax! We will come back! Thanks Management and staff! Aniko and her family.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff, particularly Lucka, were incredibly helpful and made our stay wonderful. Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to stay there again!
