We booked a triple room with a child bed. I sent a message before we arrived as getting in late about having his bed set up. It was set up as a double so was a bit frustrating. That being said it was sorted quickly and any other reported issues were sorted within hours. Other areas for improvement was the crazy golf which needs putters, frappes pool side would be great and the disco being adult only after 10.

The pools, the jetty, the water park and the staff were all amazing especially with our 5 year old. There was great choice of food and a night in the white elephant was fun. Lots of space for everyone around the pool and drink choices for all - very happy there was wine included. The jetty and fish spotting was brilliant, you could see such a variety of life. Seeing the giant rays was a highlight!

The animation is simple and poor. Only the fire show was really good. Some equipment requires modernization.

It was some maintenance work around so it was noise, food was not the best, it late to swim in the sea is too far away and very small

Outstanding service. Excellent variety of food all inclusive from 7:30 am to midnight. The kids loved seeing all the starfish an other sea life at low tide They even shad a dedicated manager from the hotel for booking.com guests.

My room ceiling has water mark and they didnt make early check inn, I send a mail before I arrived and they Said if we have a empty room we will but they didnt. And ask me 160$ for early check inn. My son and wife stay on sofa 3,5 hours.

Wifi kept dropping out in the room but was better else where around the hotel.

Food was excellent and lots of options. The kids entertainment was excellent. The heated swimming pool was great. Staff were fantastic and very friendly

It's a bit difficult to navigate through the hotel's large size and figure out how to get from one place to another. After a while, day by day, you realize there's a shorter or simpler route, a shortcut. The children's program could have started earlier in the evening because by then, our child was already tired. The Sunday evening show was so loud that we couldn't sleep in our closed room; fortunately, it only lasted until 10 PM. The worst part, but it's due to the location of the room, is that these wooden doors cannot be closed quietly, and they have no soundproofing. It's impossible to relax during the day because of all the coming and going. Even in the evening, you can hear the door slamming for a long time. It would be worth replacing these doors.

Outstanding hotel in terms of value for money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After a few days, you start recognizing the same faces everywhere, who also recognize you and remember what you usually order, etc. The room and the surroundings are extremely clean, and they pay great attention to this all day long. The pools and the beach are well-equipped, and there is always plenty of space. What I particularly liked is that they inquired several times about how we were feeling, if there were any problems that needed to be solved. Among the staff, I would highlight the morning barista from the Columbus café. Having coffee with him felt like being a guest at a family member's house."

Entertainment Team… if you were not by the active pool then they didn’t interact with guests. Was promised a quiz at 4pm by the relaxation pool but this did not materialise nor any explanation to the12 people it was promised too.

The place was great for kids, with lots of swimming pools for them, different parks to play, nice kids club.. and for us parents, very relaxing week, with great food. And the see is amazing with lots of different fishes, including big ones. The place might not be as big and beautiful as the the Pickalbatros Aqua park where we went last week, but it's much better with kids and the food is much more diversified (after 1 week, I was still not bored)
